Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - it made my fiancée's birthday extra special! The breakfast in the morning was amazing; so much choice and the coffee was excellent. The only downfall was the noise from the wind - it made it very difficult to fall asleep but that can't be helped.

Perfect in every way. Excellent communication with the host. Cosy, well appointed accommodation; spotlessly clean and extremely well provisioned. Very peaceful location and lovely outlook across the Downs. The host's young dog is as friendly as they come.

The cabin is in a peaceful, secluded location in the middle of the South Downs NP. It's a great spot for exploring the local area and amazing value for money. We had a couple of issues finding the place (due to us coming in on a different route), but a call to Jo had us back on track right away and its actually easy to find if you read and follow the instructions given! Jo is an absolutely fantastic host and the property is clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Nora the dog is so adorable and cheeky, and even our sometimes grumpy old fella Jinx was enthralled by her. The breakfast supplied is plentiful and delicious.

Jo's place is a wonderful country retreat that is blissfully quiet and peaceful, and has all the ameneties you'd possibly need. In addition, Jo had stocked the fridge with staples and goodies (including strawberries!), and provided numerous breakfast cereals, breads etc., so don't bring breakfast stuff with you like we did! The spectacular view from the large window is across fields to the downs, and there are loungers out there to take advantage of the sunset. There are wonderful walks and pubs all around the area (two staples for us), and the town of Petersfield is close enough to be handy, but far enough away not to be evident. Jo and Steve really could not do enough for us, and they and Nora the dog made us feel very welcome If you're looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing time in the country, Jo's place will be hard to beat.

Jo and Steve are very accommodating, their outside room has everything you need as they have provided virtually every conceivable modern comfort, along with an abundance of snacks, treats and an amazing breakfast. Much better than local hotels and great value. Steve drove us to the nearest pub for our evening meal, which was greatly appreciated. Walkers, cyclist doing the South Downs way should seriously consider this place.

I highly recommend booking this place! We stayed with our dog, and all of us had a very lovely time. The cabin is very clean, cozy, and includes a variety of items for breakfast. It is also perfect for sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset. A big thank you to Jo, Steve and their very cute dog Nora!

We had a lovely stay at Jo's cabin. We had a wedding at the Tithe Barn and so it was a great location for us. We stayed with our 7 month old for two nights and there was plenty of room for the travel cot. Jo also left us lots of goodies including fresh milk, fruit tea and breakfast food, which were greatly appreciated! The cabin is very well equipped with everything you might possibly need including a a hair dryer and an iron. The views out of the back were lovely, and we watched a beautiful sunset on the sun loungers sipping a glass of prosecco after our baby went to sleep. Bliss!
