The space
These pretty houses are quietly located, and ideal for a stay with family or friends! The studio and the cottage were completely renovated in 2020 and 2021, you will be charmed by their volumes and comforts.

** The main house: LE MOULIN **
It can accommodate 6 people, with one floor (stairs).
On the ground floor:
A fully equipped kitchen with:
- Fridge & freezer
- Oven & Microwave
- Induction hob
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher
A beautiful living space with a fireplace, a television and sofas. The living room also offers a dining area, and opens onto the terrace with its two large windows that allow the room to be nice and bright
A bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
On the first floor:
A master bedroom and bathroom with bath
** LE GITE LE GARNIC **
Capacity 4 people
Completely renovated in 2021, the cottage has two bedrooms.
The first is a beautiful master suite with double bed and bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom consists of two single beds and a bathroom with bath and toilet
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, a beautiful living area from the entrance with sofa TV and wood stove for winter
The space opens onto a terrace and access to the pool.
** THE STUDIO **
Capacity 2 people
Completely renovated in 2020, the studio has a spacious bedroom with double bed and window.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a living area with TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
** EXTERIOR **
The pool is open from mai/june to the end of September, depending on the season and weather. Sun loungers and deckchairs are available.
A shaded terrace with tables and chairs as well as a gas barbecue are available to our guests
NOTE:
For extra comfort, beds will be made upon arrival, and towels are provided.

Other things to note
There is a restaurant in Saint-Cernin-de-l'Herm and several in the beautiful village of Villefranche-du-Périgord. There are also 2 small supermarkets, a butcher and a bakery
Saint-Cernin-de-l'Herm is located in the south of the Dordogne, in the Perigord-Noir. Close to the Lot.
Saint-Cernin-de-l'Herm is centrally located. The beautiful places such as Belves, Sarlat, Cahors, Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Issigeac are within a radius of 50 km.
The Dordogne region is known for its chateaus, wineries and beautiful nature.
The famous bastide villages such as Beaumont-du-Périgord, Molières, Monpazier, Domme, Eymet and Villefranche-du-Périgord are also well worth a visit.
Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport is only a 50-minute drive away. There are direct flights from the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands.
