We used the Tin House for a Corporate Retreat. The accommodations were even better than described. Beth made herself available for anything needed and was very pleasant to work with. We had everything we needed at the house and look forward to a return trip!

The Tin House is amazing! We needed a big place for family to gather for my daughters wedding and this was perfect. From the moment we walked in we felt at home, it was even more beautiful than the pictures! We filled the house to capacity and entertained wedding party guests off and on and never once felt crowded. House was well stocked and we deeply appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. It was a busy 4 days, we are hoping to come back just to enjoy the house, river and all the area has to offer. If you decide to come here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

The tin house was a perfect place. We stayed here for a sisterhood retreat, there was enough room for everyone in our party. The place is absolutely gorgeous and had amazing views of the river.

The Tin House was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The place is large and had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfortable. We went in the winter with lots of snow. Beth was great about making sure the driveway was plowed regularly so we could get in and out. Beth was also very responsive to all communications. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was a beautiful spacious winter treat! It surpassed our expectations! Perfect place for the New Years! It fit our group of 15 easily and there was plenty of space for all activities in the home. The kitchen has a great layout and there are enough bathrooms. We felt just like at home!

This was a great overall experience - probably the best I've had through any rental website. The owner was accommodating to our needs and great about checking in to make sure all was well. The house was well stocked with absolutely everything we needed (minus food and alcohol of course) - right down to coffee filters and a fan in every room! The Tin House itself is AMAZING! It was perfect for our group of 14 - everyone had a bed, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. There were plenty of bathrooms too. The space and size of the house is perfect - the kitchen/living/dining area was big enough for all of us to gather, and the upstairs rooms were far enough away that you didn't hear a thing if you wanted a break from the noise. The owners did a stellar job of decorating the place too - all of our guests kept raving about it. The yard area is a great size for setting up several lawn games at a time, and the patio areas are perfect as well. We didn't get to use the firepit because of fire season, so I think we'll have to go back and try it another time. :) Some of the guys swam off the dock - I wouldn't really consider it a "swimming area" since it's all very rocky - but still great for those that want to take a quick dip in the deep water. We hope to be back one day - thanks Beth!

The moment you pull into the driveway of the Tin House you will be thrilled with not only the house but the expansive riverfront. The Tin House is unique with concrete floors and modern/cozy/vintage decor. The house is spectacular for a large group. We had 14 people sleeping in the house and invited friends over for the day to play and eat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are private and allowed for all the adults and children in our family to feel like they had space. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, crock pot - and a BBQ just right outside. And the view...Amazing. You have your own private dock with boat ramp and a huge grassy area. We set up badminton, croquet, and two picnic tables. Our little kids loved riding their scooters around and around the concrete area just outside the kitchen. We rented a boat for two days from Willow Bay which is just 2 miles away. Our kids fished right off the dock and caught several fish. We brought kayaks and everyone enjoyed the easy access to the water. Beth was an attentive hostess. She started off by answering a multitude of questions before I even booked and then made sure we were well taken care of once we arrived. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Well done! We can't wait to go back again.
