This beautiful brand new apartment is located just a few centimeters from the sea on a unique location close to the center of Zadar. It has two bedrooms and a very cozy living/dinning room area with an extraordinary view overlooking the islands.

The space
The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and it consists of a 2-bedroom apartment (55 square meters of interior space) and 2 terraces (25 square meters exterior in total). The interior consists of a large living/dinning area (with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice table for 4 persons and a cozy corner sofa overlooking a 43" plasma TV), a bathroom with a nice walk-in shower (solar powered, hot water 24 hours a day) and two bedrooms. The bigger bedroom consists of a comfortable king size (180x200) bed and a wardrobe, and in the smaller room there is only a sofa (which can be pulled out into a 150x200 sofa bed) and a small wardrobe.

The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, with lots of beaches and nice bars and restaurants within a walking distance and just 1,5 km from the old city center (10-15 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast, or 3-4 minutes by car). The nearest beach and a small supermarket are just about 200m away from the house and there is a fine restaurant with excellent grill and low prices just across the road.
