This converted short rainbow bus is the perfect place for anyone who enjoys comfort, privacy, and being close to nature. The main house bathroom, kitchen, and hot-tub are available for your use. The 5 acre property is 20 minutes to downtown Eugene.
The bus resides on a 5 acre property in the heart of the Mohawk River Valley and 20 minutes to Eugene. Eventually, I plan on turning the whole property into an organic permacultural fruit forest, though at the moment, there are only a few fruit trees and tons of blackberries around property that you are welcome to eat.
The bus includes an extremely comfortable futon that folds up and down,
allowing for optimization of space and a comfortable night's sleep. There is a large counter-top, closet, spice rack, water dispenser, tons of drawers, cabinets, and storage space.
There is electricity and wireless broadband internet available.
Please feel free to come inside to use the house bathroom (toilet, shower, & sink), or if you're interested in raising the fertility of the land, pee in a bush and use one of our compost toilets.
The kitchen is also available for your use, but please clean up after yourself and wash your own dishes. In the freezer there are tons of bagels that you are free to eat.
The hot tub is also available, just give me a couple hours notice so that it can warm up.
There are 5 acres on the property and you are free to roam about.
Other things to note
Fire danger is very real out here in the country, so if you need to smoke, please either do it in the parking area and make sure your cigarette is completely extinguished.
I don't mind if you smoke pot in the bus, but DO NOT SMOKE TOBACCO IN THE BUS (that includes spliffs). Thanks.
Whenever you are in the house, please be easy going, respectful, and keep the volume to a reasonable level.
I keep busy, but often have a flexible schedule, so I will generally be around the property somewhere if you need me. Texting is a good way to contact me if I'm not in the house.
Hi, I'm Kevin. I own a 5 acre property in the Mohawk River Valley. I'm into making and selling raw vegan food and organic gardening. I'm working on converting the front 4 acres into a permacultural food forest; it'll take many years, but it will get there eventually. I feel very lucky to live out here in such a gorgeous and peaceful area.
