Dear Max, your review is very relative and debatable. The bathroom is standard size for a typical Barcelona apartment: it has a standard shower, a toilet and a sink. In my opinion, as someone who has lived in Barcelona all her life, it is not small, not big just standard. As it is well specified in the description, the apartment is located in the ground floor so you should have assumed that the natural sunlight is not the same as you get in a penthouse floor. However, it has other advantages, it depends on the priorities of everyone. Advantages like not having to carry out your heavy luggages through the stairs and obviously the price: You have paid 58€/night for 2 persons for a 65m2 - Two double bedroom apartment with living-room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, situated in the heart of Gracia, a very central and unbeatable location in Barcelona. Is it expensive? Based in Barcelona's prices I can assure you it is not expensive. I was surprised and disappointed about Max's review because in the check-out we discussed his stay and he pointed out to me that everything was perfect.

Estimada Jimena, Lamento que no te haya gustado el apartamento. Sin embargo, hablar por hablar sin haberte informado adecuadamente me parece una aberración. Te confirmo que el piso es un apartamento con licencia turística debidamente registrado. Si fuera un local no podríamos alquilarlo como vivienda de uso turístico. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, sin ningún tipo de manipulación y si lees bien la descripción verás que pone que es una planta baja, la cual tienes sus ventajas y sus inconvenientes. Consecuentemente tienes que ver el precio que pagas por este apartamento situado en el centro de Barcelona, más concretamente en una calle tranquila y sin tráfico del barrio de Gracia, a 10 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia y del famoso Paseo de Gracia donde se encuentran las casas de Gaudí.
