Up on a hill on the Westside of Albuquerque our house faces the Sandia mountains for the sunrise and overlooks the Albuquerque city lights at night. Pat Hurley park is a 4 minute walk from the house. We are 1 mile off of the Coors Rd exit from I-40, between historical route 66 and I-40. Old Town Albuquerque is 2 miles away, which is close to the Albuquerque Bio Park, Zoo, and Rio Grande River. Downtown is 4 miles away. Many local restaurants in our area and 66 bus runs on Central 6am-late night.

The space
This is a simple, private room with a queen, pillow top, memory foam mattress. As you enter the house, the hallway is on your left and the bedroom will be the second door on the right next to the bathroom. There is a smart T.V. and Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the house. Pat Hurley Park is just down the street with a scenic view of the entire city. Two other rooms are available!

Guest access
Private bedroom. Shared bathroom with one other room. The entrance and front lounge has a small refrigerator, microwave, fresh water, and coffee maker for our guests. This area is shared with guests accommodating the two other rooms we host on Airbnb.

For additional cost, available by request:
Private meals prepared by personal chef, Allen.
...or a five dollar Kitchen Pass will give you complete access for one day to the entire kitchen and laundry room.

Front door has a key pad so guests may come and go as they please. The code will be provided upon confirmation of booking.

Other things to note
You may park on the gravel or on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway. To unlock the front door first make sure it is shut completely by pulling the handle toward you. Then enter the code and hit lock button. Re-lock the door from the inside by turning the bolt. When inside, the hallway on the left has a motion sensor light that will come on as you walk toward your room. The bathroom is at the end of this hallway. Any time you leave the house, be sure to turn off any lights you have on and lock the front door behind you by pulling the door firmly closed and pressing the lock button. When you check out please leave the bedroom door open so we know you have left.
