This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to offer, plus a large deck and BBQ area and an upstairs lounging balcony!

This house is lovely and warm with heat pumps and a cosy log fire. Very sunny in a private setting. Great for families and large groups. Fully fenced with outdoor furniture and a big gas BBQ.
