My Japanese-style three bedroom apartment is located in the quiet and centrally located district of Hagatna; a short walk to the crystal clear waters and beaches of Guam and to local entertainment and dining. I have two bedrooms available to rent and also live onsite with my gentle cat, Bianca. We love having guests and showing them around the island!

The space
My fully owned apartment is older '70's style but clean, comfortable and quiet. It's the ideal place to base from during your island visit. We're located on the top of Hagatna hill and have great views of the beach and Hagatna Bay from the entryway or parking lot.

The apartment is a short walk from the Agana Shopping Mall where you can shop for just about anything. Great restaurants, ATM's, funky local stores, basic necessities are all available. Also, it's an easy walk to the beach and local Hagatna marina where you can mingle with local fishermen and visit local Chamorro shops and restaurants.
