A very nice, cosy property offering great value for money compared to a room in a standard B&B! A lovely spacious lounge overlooks a pretty walled garden, the kitchenette offers all the equipment you need for preparing basic meals, plus some nice touches such as a coffee machine, teas and coffees, milk and cereals provided. Rachell (our very friendly and charming host) was even kind enough to bring us a fresh loaf when we arrived. Despite it turning chilly outside it felt warm and cosy indoors even without the heating on. The thing I liked most about this place was how clean it was (very important to me!). Everywhere was spotless, not a spec of dust, spider or cobweb in sight! The bedding was spotlessly clean and good quality. There was also ample parking on a private driveway. I would say that this is a four star property, rather than a five, purely because I feel the bathroom/shower experience could do with updating.

Gorgeous interiors, charming hosts and Possibly the most comfiest bed we've ever slept in! We will definitely be returning :)

This was our first family holiday and it couldn't have been better. Rachell was a great host, friendly and full of useful local info. An easy walking distance from Rye but far out enough to feel secluded and relaxed. Fab holiday!

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a lovely time. The property is set back from the road and quiet with off street parking. The part that you stay in is a beautifully unfussy part of the building with views onto the garden which looked excellent. Food locally was good with a short drive into Rye for a choice or a nice looking pub which is closer (about 10 minutes walk), I think there are some nice footpaths or along the main road where there's footpath for most of it. Rye is walkable. Nearby there are some good beaches and a number of national trust type properties to visit (depending on your preference). Definitely would stay again, we had a great time in this beautiful, comfortable, relaxing cosy apartment.
