Loft area has a queen bed. It is accessed by a built in ladder as seen in the pictures. The use of the ladder is at your discretion.
Back deck has plenty of seating and a fire pit.
Side deck has a hot tub and privacy wall.

Three years ago, we purchased this home because the moment we saw it, we fell in love with the peaceful beauty of the marsh, the sunsets, and the ocean views beyond. That view inspired the name “What A View” and became the foundation of a dream we hoped to build for our family.
🏖️We worked with architects to design plans, chose a builder we trusted, and poured our hearts into creating what we imagined would become our forever home overlooking the marsh and ocean.
❤️Sometimes life has different plans, and after a long journey trying to make that dream a reality, we realized the best way forward was to share this special place with others instead.
🌊Instead of selling, we opened our doors through Airbnb so guests could experience the same peace and beauty that captured our hearts from the beginning.
🙏🏻Over time, we have been blessed to hear stories from guests who have stayed here during important moments in their lives — times of rest, healing, reconnecting, and simply slowing down. Those messages remind us that this home has a purpose beyond what we originally imagined.

Our home is not a party house — it is a privately owned, carefully maintained space that we truly care about, and we are looking for guests who will treat it with the same respect they would treat their own home.
This property is best suited for quiet, considerate guests who appreciate a clean, well-kept environment and who are comfortable following house rules. We are located in a residential area with close neighbors, so respectful behavior both inside and outside the home is extremely important.
Doors and windows must remain shut. There are plenty of chairs on the deck (covered deck and uncovered deck) to enjoy listening to the wildlife and the ocean. When the doors and windows are left open, the ac shuts off. However, when the doors and windows are closed, the ac will turn back on, but it has to work even harder to bring the temperature and humidity down inside. Also, the salt air and humidity are not good for the wood in our home and the stainless steel appliances (yes, stainless steel does rust). Please leave the doors and windows shut.
If there are any accidents that happen inside our home that will require cleaning the waterproof mattress pad, please let us know asap so we can let our cleaner know. Accidents need to be reported immediately.
DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING INSIDE OUR HOME!!!!
If we find that you have smoked or vaped weed/ marijuana-or any other drugs, leave contraband, or anything relevant to this, we will file a police report! Don’t do it! Please do not do drugs or drink excessively on our property. This is a peaceful and unique place, and we strive to keep it that way.
Washing Machine/Dryer Combo: You are welcome to use the machine during your stay. Please be mindful of water usage as we are on well water. Please limit the amount of times that you use it during your stay.
It is against our rules and Airbnb policy to leave anyone for any length of time under the age of 18 at our home by themselves. If we have suspicions or knowledge that this has been done, you will be reported to Airbnb, and the police will be notified. An adult has to be present with anyone under the age of 18.
You will be supplied with 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for your stay and at least one paper towel roll. You must purchase more from a store if you would like more for your use.
Our home will be stocked with towels, hand towel, and wash cloths for your use. You are welcome to bring your own to use as well. If any of the linens are missing when you check out, you will be responsible for them. We ask that, if possible, please only use one bed. We understand that may be impossible for some guests and situations. Please only use what you need.
We have added a doorbell camera for security and to assist with guests if need be. It picks up motion at the front door. We also have a camera off of the back deck. It is motion activated. Thanks!
Absolutely no pets! We want to make our home available to people that may have allergies to animals. We personally clean our property after each guest leaves, and I am extremely allergic to most pets.
We will request verification of age to ensure you are at least 25 years old to book and stay at our place. This is a regulation in our area, and we must abide by it. 3rd party booking is not allowed on AIRBNB. If you book the reservation, you must be the party that checks in and stays.
No parties. We live in a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach. Our neighbors and wildlife want it to remain quiet and peaceful.
Our house is not kid friendly. We have an open accessible ladder that leads to the loft bedroom. We also have a hot tub, so we want to ensure everyone's safety, especially children. Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis with parent understanding. Please message us for more information.
If you plan to use the hot tub, please let us know. We have to keep it locked when it’s not in use so no one gets hurt if vacant. Therefore, if you plan on using it… please let us know prior to arrival so we can make sure it’s unlocked for you. Please remember-no sand, oils, glass, or anything that can interfere with it working properly. It is very important and also a law that requires the hot tub to be covered and locked after use. If the water is not clear upon checkout, you will be charged a fee of $250 for our hot tub maintenance crew to clean, refill, and add new chemicals. The hot tub is serviced weekly on Tuesday mornings.
If you plan to use the fire pit and/grill, it is very important to make sure you turn the gas off after every use. Please turn the knob for the gas in the off position after every use. Cover the grill after every use. Do not leave food or cooking utensils outside.
