Interaction with guests
We are always eager to help in anyway we can, but the separate entrance means you'll usually only see us if you chose to knock on the door.
We do not allow smoking on the premises, and the space is sufficiently sound proof to keep parties on both sides of the walls relaxed.
My husband and I are both writers (of books and articles) and you are as likely to hear from one of us as the other. We have two older children and have always been a family that plays together. Thomas is British, I am American so we have lived both in the US, in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia 60 miles outside of Washington DC, and now in the South Downs National Park in Hampshire - 60 miles from London.
An evening is not complete without a great conversation and our friends. Being an hour away from London, we like to take advantage of what the City has to offer in terms of theatre and art exhibitions.
We are avid walkers, and nature enthusiasts as well as culture lovers. We seek out National Parks wherever we go for lifestyle as well as vacation.
We're very easy, come with British manners, American friendliness, but our own style of warmth.
