driving directions from Nicoya: (approx. 1 hour)
take the asfalted road to SAMARA/NOSARA
after the only gas station turn RIGHT direction NOSARA
on a bumpy, dusty road you see after 15 min. a great sign saying

VENDO FINCA / Las delicias
just 1 km before arriving to the beach village GARZA
there you turn right, follow the road 150 m and cross a small green bridge
with 3 monkeys drawn and saying BIENVENIDA A LAS DELICIAS
you have arrived, just after this bridge you turn LEFT follow the road and
VILLA MATISSE is the first house on the right.
