In winter enjoy the skiing on the Krippenstein Freeride Arena and Dachstein West.
The scenic footpaths and cycle routes are in close vicinity - as is the Koppenwinkel lake in the nearby Nature Reserve which is a short walk away. About 2km from our house is the Lake Hallstatt with its bathing beach, boat hire etc.

Our prices are based on a self-catering basis.
For your convenience, we also offer a self service wine rack, fresh bread delivery and shopping services.
All our apartments are totally self-contained with private kitchen and bathroom facilities. Guests are free to share our sunny terrace and cosy grill corner with its chimney BBQ.
Interaction with guests
We love to interact with our guests and tell them all about what our area has to offer. We also love to learn about the lives of our guests. However, we appreciate that other guests would prefer less interaction and we totally respect this.
Just treat our apartments like you would your own and respect other guests.
The apartment will be ready from 16:00 on your arrival day. Should you require it earlier then please contact us nearer the time to enquire if this would be possible. Please be aware that check-in closes at 22:00. Unless previously agreed, check-in after this time will not be possible.
We kindly remind our guests that they are booking a self-catering apartment and not a hotel room. Therefore, you are kindly asked to leave it as clean as possible. Whilst we do not expect you to clean the apartment thoroughly we expect that you at least bring all rubbish out to the bins in front of the building and wash and dry all used kitchen utensils and cutlery. Please also do not put any wet kitchen utensils into the cupboards or leave wet towels on the floor or furniture.
If you wish us to do this cleaning for you, then we are happy to do so and will simply add a €30 cleaning fee to you final bill.
It is not allowed to do any laundry in our apartments. However we provide a laundry service so just ask and we will provide you with a laundry bag. The price for this service is only €10 per load for both washing and drying.
We only accept children over 5 years of age.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden. However, please feel free to smoke on the balconies or outside and use the ashtrays provided. When smoking outside all we ask is that you close the balcony door behind you to stop smoke blowing back into the apartment.
Please note that to comply with local laws (Tourismusgesetz) we must register all guests who stay at our house with our local authority. We must also levy a so called Tourist Tax (also named City Tax - This tax is included in your Airbnb rate). We will request this information in our confirmation email where you will receive a secure link to register directly with our local autrhority. If we do not register guests, we stand to be fined up to €1,000. Therefore, if you are unwilling to provide this information, we will be unable to host you.
