2000 square feet, first floor apartment in a Victorian home in the heart of downtown, historical Bristol, Rhode Island. A quick drive to Newport, Rhode Island or Providence, Rhode Island ( 20 minutes). Walking distance to docks, Prudence Island ferry, east bay bike/walking path, shopping, and restaurants. Just park your car and relax at 18 Church Street.

Sit on the front porch with views of the Bristol harbor, and ferry. Enjoy the patio with lots of shade from the oak tree's.

Other things to note
Yes, I'm dog friendly, I only ask that bedroom doors be closed when out without your dog. Fenced in area on side on house for smaller dogs, and parks surrounding rental for walking.

Note to cat owners, I can't allow cats, I have severe cat allergies. Please don't sneak in a cat, I will know, for I will be admitted to the hospital. This is not a mild reaction, and the cat dander stays in the air for long after you leave.

The best feature of the rental is the waterfront. I enjoy being able to stroll along the docks and watch the boats and ferry. Another favorite is being able to enjoy concerts during the summer and not worry about parking.
