CASA LUMNEZIA is a unique family-friendly and eco-design roof apartment (112 M2) with 3 fully-equipped bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has superb 360° panoramas and is overlooking Vignogn's authentic and peaceful mountain village & mountain peaks. A ski slope stops in front of our house. The ski lifts are only 2 km away and easy-reachable by bus, bike and / or car. In summer, the peaceful and kids-friendly mountain lake 'Davos Muntz' is within walking distance (1 km) from the apartment.

Casa Lumnezia is a panoramic and bright rooftop apartement situated in the idyllic mountain village of Vignogn. It has 3 bathrooms with toilet and 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed + one bedroom with 2 bunk beds). The eco-design appartment can house up to 8 persons. It has an open, modern and well-furnished kitchen with all contemporary functionalities. It is a perfect hideaway for families, slow travelers or couples with a passion for authentic (relaxing and/or active) holidays. The house and its surrounding offer beauty and variety during all seasons, including winter and summer. Casa Lumnezia is fully integrated in the local environment and a proofpoint of sustainable mountain architecture. There is an optimal natural light from morning to evening with an incomparable view on the authentic and protected village of Vignogn, the Val Lumnezia valley and the mountains.

If you want somewhere that is quiet, beautiful and romantic, this is the place to be. The house is beautifully furnished and the rooms are great. The showers are nicely designed too!

Very nice, modern and tidy apartment. Beautiful view from the terrace and living room. Location wise very calm, aside from everyday "buzz" (maybe except mosquitoes). We had a great quality time with family. Very good choice! P.S. It took us 2-3 days to get used to the the bells active 24/7 on top of the church tower. This is however a common thing/issue for tourists in Switzerland.

We had a lovely time in the village. The house was very beautiful and everything that was mentioned in the ad, was present. We were unlucky with the weather, but the apartment is bright and with sunny weather, the place is perfect. People travelling with public transport should pay attention to the unregular bus schedule!

I highly recommend staying here when you visit beautiful Graubünden. The apartment is simply beautiful, with very tasteful design and furnishings. You feel instantly relaxed and welcome when you walk through the door. Even though Xavier isn't close by, the communication was perfect. The views from the panoramic windows are world-class. I will definitely stay again!
