This is an older established neighborhood with mature trees. It's a subdivision of cull de sacs, so there is no thru traffic. Excellent for walking. And near Roy Orr hiking and biking trail.

My home is in a suburban enclave that's especially quiet and suitable for walks and I have a patio on which you can relax. Lancaster is near Joe Pool lake and Cedar Hill state park, Roy Orr trail and a City of Lancaster trail in walking distance of the house.
