This is a non refundable cleaning fee, and to be paid in cash to Marilyn.

Other things to note
If you are traveling between November through end of May. This is Belize's winter season. Good months to visit, weather is mild, humidity tens to be lower. It can be a bit rainy, as well as hot. Can get into the high 50* at night and in the mornings, but as soon as the sun comes out it gets warmer. So pacing light jackets or sweaters are recommended. We highly recommend a product called skin so soft by AVON. There are lots of mosquito's. And if walking the property during the month of December there are no-seeum bugs that can bite. Baby oil or the skin so soft work best.
If you are traveling to Belize between June through end of October, this is Hurricane season, and there summer, there can be lots of tropical storms, and can be very hot and muggy. When the firsts rains come sometime usually in June, it brings out what are called flood fly's. They are harmless, just annoying. Also the month of June brings June bugs. Harmless as well.
Water has been known to go out, sometimes for a full day. We have a rain catcher to the left of the veranda. Grab a bucket and use to wash dishes, and flush toilet.
There are many stray dogs in Belize, we do get some from time to time. As long as you are dog lovers feel free to feed and let them on deck if you wish, but if not, there is a locking gate on deck to keep dogs out. So feed at your own risk, they will love you and stay around. But please when you check out, lock gate coming onto the veranda.
We have a yard maintenance gentleman named Rocky. Very nice guy lives next door, and is currently building the house to the right of us as your looks out of the veranda. You may see him on property doing yard up keep. But is very respectful, and will not get in your way. He is a guid for Black Rock resort and if you do have question he is more happy too help.

Our neighborhood is small, we live at the top of the hill and have three neighbors that are local. Very private, very safe and we love it. If your staying July, Aug, Sep, enjoy two very high producing Avocado trees. Jun, July, and Aug, enjoy native fruit of our mango trees. We also have a Bread fruit tree, Feb,March, April, and May. They are used like potatoes, boil, bake or fry!!! Two huge almond trees that produce all year long. A tamarin fruit tree, Nov, Dec, and Jan. They are pod looking, eat, or make fresh Tamarin juice. Coconut trees and one banana tree. Also go pick leafs off the all spice tree, boil in pot and the smell is amazing and drink as tea!

Hello, We are Rose and Nancy Vella, we are natives to Sonoma County California. We have known each other since 1977, and got legally married January 18, 2015 at our beautiful Bodega Head, with our 4 closest friends. We had our big wedding 5/15/15 for our family and friends. Rose bought our Belize home in 2011, as an investment and a retirement get away. We are both lovers of travel, traveling in our trailer, camping, going to SF Giants games, going to concerts, and old cars. Rose has been to Europe twice to spend time with her family in Malta. She has also traveled around Italy, Greece, Canada, England, Hawaii, Mexico,Belize, Costa Rica, and the caribbean. Not to mention various places with in the US. I'v been to Mexico, Hawaii and Belize. We own two 55 Chevy's and are avid car show participants. Rose drove me to school my sophomore year everyday in that car and we of course had some of or favorite wedding photos taken in our yellow and white 55. We take care of my 83 year old dad, nicknamed DADDY-O. So when we need some much needed time away, well you know where we head...... Thats right our lovey little casita in San Ignacio Belize. Roses motto is " Do It Once, Do It Right" So that's how she lives her life! As for me..... Well my motto is " Everyday Is A Good Day, Some Are Just Better Than Others"
