Like new! Home was built in 2006 as a second home for John and Kelly. God's Favor is not decorated as a rental and feels like home. Incredible views and very short walk to beach. Quiet private street, private boat ramp and slip

The space
New on the rental market. Beautiful home with spectacular views, especially sunsets, of the intracoastal waterway and ocean. Elevator. Private boat launch and slip. Private beach access.
Located in Surf City on Topsail Island, NC.
Wireless internet. Five bedrooms. TV and DVD player in each bedroom. 4 Baths. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. Living room with TV/DVD and BOSE sound system.
Laundry room. Built in 2006 and purchased new as a second home. Furnished beautifully. New gas grill installed this summer.
Topsail has wonderful restaurants and shops. Not very commercial. A great place to relax and enjoy walks on the beach with friends and family. Great place for finding shells and sharks teeth so it's really fun for kids.Playgounds nearby. It truly is God's Favor!

God's Favor was built in 2006 as a second home. It was not designed and decorated for rental. The home is not used as much as we had planned and it is lonely. That's why we decided to let others enjoy the special place that we call God's Favor.
