Custom farmhouse with remodeled bathroom kitchen and trim. Nestled back on a quiet country road and only about 3 miles to the Horse Show, state lands, and Elk Lake Access. Pine and birdseye maple flooring in kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Custom birds eye maple countertops, and cherry/cedar cabinets.

New washing machine, irrigated lawns, and 2.5 acres with some paths to explore or have a bonfire in the pasture near the old barn. There is also a fire ring close to the house.

The barn on the property is likely around 150 years old. The property was originally signed into homesteading by Abraham Lincoln.
