This apartment is located in the Pecherskiy neighborhood. Although not teeming with tourists, Pecherskiy is still considered a part of downtown Kiev. In fact, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: you are still in the middle of a buzzing city but don’t need to fight the tourist crowds.
