Go past the cactus and succulent collection and climb the outdoor stairs to find the private entrance and balcony belonging to this characterful apartment. Clean white interiors are warmed by cozy touches like dark floors, a green paneled feature wall, and a luxurious green velvet sofa. Take in the sights of this 1930s Craftsman neighborhood lined with almost 100 year old Oak trees and explore all that Downtown and EaDo have to offer on the complimentary road or hybrid bicycles.
“Hang out on the porch with a local beer and take in the downtown view, then refresh in the cozy bed!”
– Jennifer, your host

The home is located in historic Eastwood, a leafy area boasting beautiful mature live oaks. Survey the downtown skyline across the trees from the porch, then take a walk to find the local Mexican bakery down the road or Coral Sword for board games and beer. Downtown is within easy reach by car, rideshare, or public transportation.

Hi! As a travel lover, and frequent user of Airbnb, we wanted to give our guests an amazing Airbnb experience here in Houston. We've picked up a few tips and tricks while staying in other amazing Airbnb's across the world and our hope is to return the favor to other travelers! Our goal with this rental unit is to provide comfortable, convenient and affordable (and adorable!) housing for anyone seeking medical treatment in the Medical Center, traveling medical professionals, tourists, event travelers (we're right in the middle of most event venues!), and regular business professionals. In my previous life I was a tax accountant but now focus on all things real estate (my main gig is as a Realtor for Sotheby's here in Houston), including Airbnb. Ivan (the husband) is still a tax manager in downtown Houston. We're both lovers of all things personal finance related, awkward dancing at weddings, Mexican food (not Tex-Mex!), and traveling. When you're in Houston you're very likely to run into us at Chipotle/Freebirds, Target, thrift stores, the YMCA, or anywhere with a good happy hour and board games!
