It's easy to walk or bike anywhere, and Venice Beach Boardwalk is four blocks away. Marina Del Rey, a short walk away (boat rentals), and the famous remaining Venice Canals. At one time the major canal, Grand Canal was out front. We have fantasic and very quiet neighbors. Not to mention a lime tree out front for coctails.

Raised two girls, youngest is a rated equestrian/horse breeder, oldest is a physician/pediatrician. I started out as an economist then became a ditch digger, carpenter, then builder. All in all we've been blessed by being mostly self employed and appreciate what this area has afforded us and our family. Spend my time now as a sailor, backpacker (Joshua Tree National Park is my favorite space) bicycling near and far. Beach is only an eight minute walk.
