Holiday rentals with beach access in Rosarito

Maravilloso condominio, muy tranquilo, espacioso y personas muy amables, sin duda regresaría, las expectativas eran buenas sin embargo al llegar fueron excelentes, estoy sorprendido de lo bonito y tranquilo que es el lugar, sin hablar de la limpieza que fue impecable. La anfitriona norma es súper amable y te guía de la mejor manera para comprender cada situación y recomendaciones para que sea la estancia más agradable. Estrella 5/5.

Great place! Location is exceptional! A lot do in walking distance , transportation available nearby, everyone was very polite. Definitely coming back. A must know is that they have their own washing and drying machine so you don’t have to worry to find a place.

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Thank you, Fay for a wonderful visit!

vey nice and clean place, the ocean view and sounds of the sea makes that so pleasant and relaxing.

Fue muy buena la estancia el detalle fue que se fue la luz algunas horas pero en general todo estuvo muy bien del departamento.

I love this studio and will absolutely be back. I had the best sleep of my life with hearing the waves and the breeze because I chose to leave the windows open. The place was spotless and smelled so good! I was impressed with every detail, color scheme and linens. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful gated small community. We watched the ocean waves from bed for hours one day. I loved being a little outside the center of rosarito to be away from the noises and smells, but close enough to have quick access when I wanted. Also the Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate is amazing. There’s also a super market right there. You can walk to both. Communication was so clear we had no problem navigating our stay. Thank you for hosting and I’ll definitely be back!

Just like their property, Susan & Daphne were inviting and cheerful! Fabulous hosts who were so responsive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The property itself has a stunning view of the beach, with wide windows to enjoy that view unadulterated from the inside and a great patio to enjoy it from outside. We were on a romantic couple’s long weekend and stayed mostly the entire time at the property. The kitchen had a great amount of surface space for cooking, which was a fun bonus. Tucked at the end of Rosarito Beach, we felt very safe and undisturbed, yet just a quick ride away when we wanted to venture into town. Comfortable and clean.

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

The Family and I loved our stay at the beach house. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, all you had to do was walk out the door and onto the beach. Over all, well centered to most things in Rosarito. Very quick with responses and communicative when asked questions. I’d recommend this home to all and will definitely be back next time around!

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted to land in a place that was dog friendly, walkable to the beach and that’s exactly what you get here. The house is beautiful, everything was super clean, love the location and the house. It truly felt like home. Also de host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, extremely pleased!!

We had a wonderful time at Casita Barranca. Everything about the Casita was perfect. It was so comfortable & cozy. The views were amazing. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, hanging out on the patios & just feeling relaxed!! We spent 4 nights, but could have definitely stayed longer. Amelia, thanks for having us!! Pam

Me sentí como en casa era todo lo que esperaba, podría describirse como un lugar cómodo, bonito, tranquilo, limpio, organizado muy bien equipado y seguro. Los guardias son amables y están siempre al pendiente de cualquier solicitud. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.
