Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosebank

The place is wonderful and the hosts are great. Very responsive and allowed me to check in super early. I really enjoyed staying at the place. It is pricey, but stunning views and great location. My only comments are that I could see some of the furniture has been stained, damaged or worn by other guests. Also for a place this expensive there were no luxury amenities. Amenities were very basic. TV in living room was a bit older so I could not get Netflicks or Youtube. Still a great place but these things would have made a great place - superb. Minor touches but this place is definitely still a 9.9/10 and I would highly recommend it.

Jorge’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. The place was just as it appeared in the photos, and clean. The view from the balcony was also amazing. Jorge was a great responsive host and friendly. The emerald development was a great property, the gym and pool area were a big highlight. The area had a nice mall and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

This might be the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever stayed. I was beyond impressed. I also found this place incredibly well appointed and far superior to the typical good Airbnb. I felt very much at home. I was impressed and would have a hard time staying someplace else on my next visit to Jozi. Kingsley and his partner were very responsive and pleasant and I appreciated this. I also found the staff at the building very friendly. If you are very sensitive to noise, as I am (ptsd from New York City apt living and thin walls) I would give that a little consideration., but the place was so superb in every other capacity that I think it’s too hard to pass up a stay here. I stayed two weeks and have stayed all over the world. Easily a top Airbnb experience for me, all things considered.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a smooth and stress-free process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Absolutely lovely accommodation, beautiful and spacious. Room has sky lights with shutters and plenty big windows for fresh air. Has seriously everything you need from heaters and extra blankets to mosquito lotion. The welcome goodies like fruit bowl, yoghurts and juice was a thoughtful offering (delicious rusks!) It’s a pity the microwave was dirty and didn’t work properly but other than that we were able to settle in perfectly and felt right home. Super close to Sandton mall and in a great area, no problem with ubers. Definitely an enjoyable stay :)

We felt right at home during our stay - the space was warm, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed, including more than enough blankets to keep us cozy. It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

The only downside to our trip was not being able to extend our stay - a very beautiful home with lots of personality in a safe neighbourhood. We especially enjoyed the garden and it served as a great backdrop for photos. The rooms were large and each had its own special touch. Mini was very kind and Ezna, our caretaker was readily available to help with the tiny snags we had here and there, not to mention the housekeeping tasks she's available to assist with - please feel free to tip her.

The place was really beautiful and felt more like a home than a standard air BNB. There were all amenities needed for us, including spices and milk for tea. Our favorite part was the outdoor area as it felt so relaxing and welcoming. I would recommend staying here and it’s an excellent stay for your money in a gated community.

EXCELLENT property in an ideal neighborhood. I felt right at home upon entry, This i s a very peaceful community where you can relax and rest extremely well. RAOUL, the host was very professional and accommodating, I will recommend this properly to my family and friends who plan to travel to South Africa.

I had a baby and a toddler and it was very cold! The host made our stay comfortable. The place has all that you can possibly think of to accommodate a family. Even when the city had no water, the host ensured we had drinking water & enough to flush & wash dishes. Did I mention that she was readily available at midnight to sort out my access issues! Felt right at home. Surrounded by everything didn’t need to go very far for much enjoyed the walk to the mall or local stores. Quiet, safe & spacious. Perfect place on the midst of everything.

Louise was communicative and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance to the Dainfern Mall. Stunning kitchen! Only small incident for me was that the gate to the complex is within the shopping center bounds, so an additional ticket was required to enter - no cost but it took a while before I found the exact entrance from Ways directions. Very tight security which is a welcome in JHB and Louise even provided helpful information should Uber or take-aways be used. Thanks for a great stay.
