Located 1.5 km from La Barrosa and 0.5 km from Novo Sancti Petri. It’s a spacious lounge with a very luminous integrated kitchen. One bedroom and a large bathroom . Very well situated to travel all around the province of Cadiz to discover all the beautiful places that are hidden in this lovely corner of Spain. This amazing apartament is sharing an enclosed private plot with my house. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood and It’s perfect for families or couples.

Beautiful and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace (40m2) with independent access and fully equipped overlooking the San Marcos Castle. The house is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa María, 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the maritime station that connects with Cádiz. It's a very quiet area, so you won't be bothered during your stay, despite being very close to all the sights. The apartment is great for couples.
