The apartment has everything we need and the location is great! The Barra Bali condominium is very well organized. A great place for families with children.

Our holiday was wonderful! The apartment is actually a find for the amount of rooms. We always walk in a group of six people and find it difficult to find a place with three bedrooms. The condominium is very quiet, very good swimming pool and leisure area! The beach is in front but is not safe because it is violent but in a few minutes you can reach the center of the city, where the bath is very quiet. For those who are not from Maceió and like a beach with a structure close to the apt, I recommend Praia do Francês. Some caveats I make regarding the house was the refrigerator, which took a day to freeze the food and the cooktop that when turned on in the outlet, made a strange noise and we prefer to connect with the lighter. We missed some cleaning items we found on every Airbnb we rented, as a detergent, which helps the guest to leave the dishes cleaned as requested. For the rest, the place is excellent and perfect for family rest.

It was great! It always responded quickly, and when we had an issue with the burnt bathroom lamp, it provided the exchange quickly! And the blender wasn't working she bought another tmb! We just miss a TV!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

Comfortable apartment. Clean and spacious environment. Excellent location. A little far from the center but close to amazing beaches.

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bed linen. - In the kitchen: we miss some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

We had a great time at Walter's. The residence, peaceful and well located, offers beach access via a small picturesque path. Close to the village, it allows you to enjoy both the calm and local amenities. Walter was very attentive and responsive, bringing us the missing utensils we needed. We fully enjoyed nature and an ideal setting for rest. A property that we would recommend without hesitation!

The private beach of the condominium is beautiful, with calm and clean waters, ideal for the little ones. The apartment is true to the photos of the ad, but presents some points that require maintenance, such as the double bedroom panel and the living room floor, which is loosening. In addition, linen and towels are quite worn out. An important point to mention is the charge of an extra energy fee if the daily consumption exceeds the quota stipulated by the host. The payment is requested directly to her account, without going through the platform, which is an irregular practice. I reached out to Airbnb, which confirmed that this type of charge is not allowed. Any additional amount must be included in the nightly rate and cannot be charged separately outside the platform.

Local clean, cozy, accommodated everyone mto well! Very attentive host, responds quickly. I recommend the accommodation!

My husband and I really like this apartment, we will definitely be back! Quiet place and close to everything in French. We did everything on foot, we didn't even need to take the car for anything. Great view facing the sea. Everything is very clean and very organized.

We had a great stay. Hostess Aluícia is super nice and helpful. Environment exactly as shown in the photos. Place close to the beach, market, and with several options for restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super sweet and was available all the time for any questions. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. We felt at home.

This apartment was an amazing last minute find. Slightly difficult to locate, but the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, overlooking the beach and close to restaurants. We would stay there again!
