Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Kommunikation und Check-in, Check-out war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt an bester Lage direkt eingangs zum Quartier La Lonja und bei der Kathedrale. Trotz des Verkehrs war die Wohnung sehr ruhig, dank der offenbar guten Fenster. Die Wohnung bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Strandtücher, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Duschmittel, Waschmaschine, zweckmässig ausgestattete Küche, WLAN. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Poolbereich und der wunderschöne Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an wunderschönen Stränden und guten Restaurants. Mit dem Mietwagen waren wir flexibel und konnten die Insel entspannt erkunden. Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Gastgeber: Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise war die Kommunikation herzlich, schnell und absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen war sofort Hilfe da – wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit auf Mallorca!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Great place with everything you need. Lots of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Street parking was tough, but if you go a couple blocks north, as long as there are no dashed lines, you are free to park there.

Die Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefüllt. Tolle Lage im Ort und schöner Balkon, hervorragend ausgestattet für einen Strandurlaub. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die coole Dachterrasse mit der phänomenalen Aussicht waren top. Wir würden sofort wieder in der Wohnung unseren Strandurlaub in Canyamel machen. Danke an Lourdes für die hervorragende und proaktive Kommunikation.

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt. In einer Seitenstraße, mitten im Zentrum. Man hat alles vor der Tür und kann die Annehmlichkeiten Palmas in vollen Zügen genießen.

We felt very welcomed by Sergio. Excellent location right by a beach. Old charm condo but squeaky clean, well stocked, and very comfy. Washer and dryer available. 2 of the bedrooms don’t have AC but my parents and kids didn’t seem to mind so just turn fan on full blast. Loved the location with lots to do near by

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Balkone sind überragend und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Parken war leider trotz der früheren Jahreszeit schwierig, der Gastgeber hatte aber gute Tipps

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

Il delizioso appartamento di Joana è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. E’ Situato in una posizione ottimale per spostamenti o per la vicina spiaggia. Joana, perfetta ospite, ci ha accolti con gioia e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza. La comunicazione esemplare per tempistiche e precisione. Altamente raccomandata.

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
