This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

A 5 minute walk to the beach, with ocean and sand as far as the eye can see and turtles nest on the beach. Patrolled during an extended summer period. Lay in bed and listen to the ocean and at night see all the stars. With some lovely nature walks close by. Also 4wding on the far ends of the beach.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
