This spacious 1b/1ba/kitchen/living/dining has been cleverly designed as an accessory unit to the main house. The 800 Sq Ft unit is 2 levels with the bedroom and bath on the upper level. Natural AM light. Offering views and privacy ~ Looking south across the Yampa valley and to the Flat Tops. Furnished in a modern and stylish manner it has all of the upscale amenities you'd need - as well as a private entrance. Free Bus + parking. Steamboat Resort is very close... and we allow 1 x dog.

1020 sq. ft., two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condo right on the bus line. There are FREE city buses that come every 15 minutes 6am-2am during the ski season and 6am-11pm spring/summer/fall. Ski area is a 5 minute ride (you can even see the ski hill from the kitchen windows.), city center 12 minutes and grocery store about 7 minutes. Our stop is called Deer Creek/Walton Creek (stop 115). We cannot accommodate early check-in.
