The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.

Large and airy flat with two terraces and inside garage for one car. We used to live in the house and after moving out we left everything we had so it's a complete household. The flat is located across from the Museu da Agua in a dead end street so it is a very calm and quite area. You will sleep deeply and soundly. We are 10 minutes walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station. Central heating and AC.
