PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Ihr werdet die schöne Souterrain Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick lieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2019 neu gebauten und ruhig gelegenen „kvanerska-vila“. Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten.
