A penthouse in the city center with natural grass

This apartment is so beautiful The views of the city make it twice as enjoyable. The fact that it is a penthouse gives us a lot of privacy from the rooms to the living room and kitchen and also the private patio with natural grass is a plus to take into account! The covered patio is beautiful! Although there were cool days, having glazing around the living area is a drawback and can be used to dine at the low table. Everything was as published. Matias, Norita are the best Ramiro responds to everything right away, always leaving the possibility open for you to contact him if you have any concerns. Very helpful and willing. The little cat Kiwi made me feel more at home those days. The water pressure in the bathroom is great! (I wish I had that water pressure in my house) I had everything without asking. Set of towels, extra blankets. We couldn't use the grill, but there will be plenty of opportunities next year. Its location is ideal. Definitely RECOMMENDED!

We appreciate the predisposition of Mariángeles and Maxi to include in the face of a climatic adversity the possibility of bringing our pet. Llamativo we had hot water despite the advertising that indicated otherwise. Safe area (vehicle parked in the door with no abnormalities for the 3 nights), and everything indicated in the listing was complied with. Of course we will be back! We thank you both for the good atmosphere and hospitality, Thank you!!.

Excellent everything, Fernando contacted me 4/5 days prior to the check-in date and was already made available for anything we need. On the day of our arrival, I was already waiting for us at the property, so the entrance was quick. At all times he was attentive to our needs and super friendly. As for the house, it's just like the photos. Los Espacios are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are large and have spaces for storing clothes. The house was in perfect hygiene condition. Totally recommendable.
