Holiday rentals with beach access in Rudine, Grad Kaštela

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Ivana. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Sie liegt direkt am Wasser und in der Umgebung sind Restaurants, Cafés, Strände und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ivana und Sladan hat reibungslos funktioniert. Sie haben uns bei unserem Ausflug nach Split geholfen und uns zum Bahnhof gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Der Check In und Check Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Also insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Een fijn, ruim en modern appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Er is overal aan gedacht, om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam 😊. Het centrum van Trogir is een kleine 15 minuten lopen, dat vonden wij een prima afstand. Wij hebben genoten!

Die Kommunikation via AirBnB zu Shannon war problemlos und sie Antwortete immer sehr schnell trotz Zeitverschiebung zu ihrem Wohnort. Der Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern, man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. In der Umgebung findet man alles in Fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit. Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt (Ribola) innerhalb 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Lidl,Spar,Kaufland findet man im Nachbarörtchen (ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) falls der Einkauf größer ausfällt. Im Örtchen selbst gibt es viel zu sehen und auch der Standort ist gut um Unternehmungen zu starten wie ein Besuch in Split oder Trogir (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus) Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, dieser ist aber maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Opel Astra hat gerade so noch gepasst). Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing the hosts were lovely and we had the best time. The apartment was amazing with anything you could need. Ante gave us lots of advice and recommendations and we had the most lovely and peaceful holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you very much.

Great location for flying out of Split airport.. No stairs, so thats a plus when travelling with luggage in Europe. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. There is a small supermarket and a bakery walking distance. Ivana also recommended a beach about 8 min walking where you can spend a nice time. Short but wonderful stay!.

L’appartement proposé par Daniela est fidèle aux photos, très propre avec tous les équipements et produits de premières nécessités à disposition. Daniela nous a fait un accueil excellent en nous offrant une assiette de charcuterie & fromage + boissons dans le frigo !! Nous avons passé un super séjour, la mer et commerces sont à proximité (15 min à pied) et l’appartement est bien situé pour les visites de Trogir, Split et Co.. !! Ne pas hésiter à réserver !

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient à disposition. Vue apaisante depuis le balcon. Hôtes disponibles et à l'écoute de nos demandes et questions. De jolies attentions nous ont été apportées dès notre arrivée, mais également au moment de notre départ. Nous vous en remercions.

Super séjour chez Ivana ! On n’est restés qu’une nuit mais on a pu voir à quel point l’appartement est incroyable. Il est super propre, un parking gratuit est à proximité, la climatisation fait plaisir. Ivana est très réactif, aidant et bienveillant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Very well presented, modern apartments. We travelled as group of 13 and we had 3 apartments at our disposal, that had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of balconies to sit on. Kaja was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive host. Lovely beaches short walk away. Bakery and shop nearby. Good communication links to Trogir and Split. Just a bit noisy at times with planes taking off from the nearby Split airport. Definitely would stay again if we ever visit this region again.

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Vinko ist ein großartiger und sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Majutaja oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis. Soovitas lähedal asuvaid häid söögikohti ja vaatamisväärsusi. Elamiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas. Konditsioneer töötas väga vaikselt, ei seganud magamist:) Armas väike koht mere kaldal.

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Komminikation ist sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
