Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Rum Point

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

This home was truly an oasis for our family vacation. We traveled with kids, an infant, and a large group in a 12-passenger van, and this stay exceeded expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel at home, including starter essentials in case we didn’t hit the store right away. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our baby to safely explore. It. being completely fenced in and surrounded by trees, offering both privacy and a peaceful, secluded feel was a bonus, we just loved the outdoor space! The hosts were incredibly responsive before our arrival, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions like where to find a crib locally (we brought an inflatable one instead). Everything was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or in a larger group!!!

This apartment is just stunning. Beautifully located right ON the beach, with private sun loungers and pool for residents. Well kitted out kitchen, small but comfortable bed for two and plenty of towels. Chloe was so helpful in taking in our grocery order ahead of our check in and flexible with a late check out. You can walk to starfish point in about 10 mins but you don’t really need to! We saw starfish right at the water’s edge of our own beach most days. We didn’t have a car so stayed very local but we did walk to rum point a couple of times where we saw stingray, barracuda and lots of fish simply by snorkelling in the sandy areas of the sea! There is a lovely restaurant there too. The restaurant next door to the apartments is really lovely, we went most days either for dinner, drinks or snacks (again, not having a car meant we were somewhat restricted but we knew that when booking). The Tuesday night BBQ and live music was fun! We had a wonderful, unforgettable week.

Fantastic stay for a girls trip and a super peaceful area right next to rum point and beachfront views. Had a great time and the Airbnb was clean, modern, and had all the essentials.

We had a great stay at Garth’s place. The place is very large, with two very large bedrooms with large beds in each, and each bedroom has its own full shower / bathroom. There’s also a third half bathroom. Great for a family. The place was very clean. Garth was very good with communication. Locationwise it’s in a great community. You may need to use public transport or rent a car since it’s not on the beach, but the price we paid was great compared to locations by the beach, and this place is a lot larger than those. As for essentials, if you are planning to cook you may want to get in touch with Garth ahead of time if you need ingredients for cooking, we bought a few things from Hurleys supermarket which is very close. Overall I recommend Garth’s place.

The place was superb. Very spacious with a gigantic TV that let us watch some great movies together. The main bathroom is huge and the place is large. But then you get to the mangoes. There are mango trees around the property and we came in mango season. we picked mangoes ourselves and Ray dropped off some he had picked. And they were the best we had eaten for a long time. I grew up in Pakistan so that is saying a lot. There were also two adorable puppies that Ray has that we got to play around with. He lives next door. Ray also helped us get a rental car. Just a great host.

Great Hosts! Very friendly and accomedating. Great Location! 5 min from Cemetery Beach, 10 min from 7mile Beach. Comfortable bed and had everything we needed. :-)

This private villa was big enough for our grown family of five. As the listing noted, it is QUIET - there isn't much around except beaches, homes/condos etc and about 3 restaurants. Be prepared to eat early and have a stocked fridge as everything closes early - other places that close later are at least 40 mins away. We were prepared and ordered groceries ahead which saved us! The pool was beautiful and the vast property, which has a grill, allowed us to have a couple family cookout days in between other activities. Starfish point and crystal caves are close and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed these experiences. We did other activities in Westbay and 7 mile areas which took a ton of time out of the day due to the drive (approx. 1 hr each way off-season). Again, we were aware and prepared but it did put things in perspective for the remainder of our stay. If you want space, quiet and privacy for a large group this property definitely has it. You won't be disappointed.
