Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rusk County

The cabin sits on a beautiful lake. It was very cold and snowy when I was there and it’s exactly what I had hoped for! The cabin interior was great- loved having a king-sized bed. The kitchen was very well-stocked and made it easy to cook every meal every day. Having the electric fireplace made this cozy cabin the perfect place to spend a winter’s day, watching the children playing on the lake.

Place was perfect. I was in town for work & it was nice having my own space.

Troy was a great host. Quick response on communication. The place was spacious and clean. Much bigger than in the pictures! We loved the large yard and proximity to water. Will definitely be back!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and exploring the area.

My wife and I just stayed at FishTail Lodge! It was Perfect! Pictures were exactly how the cabin appeared. Tom is an amazing host who responds to any question quickly. Check in and Check out was easy. The Cabin is in a Wonderful location and is spotless. There is so much to do within the property itself. From Relaxing at the fire pit, to the screened in porch or on the pontoon. There is a pool table, darts, and ample games and movies. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We have rented other cabins in the past, I would say, without question, this is the best place we have rented in every aspect. If you are reading reviews in order to help decide if this is the place. . . This IS the place! Rent it! You won't be disappointed.

My niece and her family stayed in the bunkhouse for a local family event and enjoyed their stay immensely. I communicated with Courtney about possible early check-in and the option to gather around the beautiful firepit in the evening with extended family, and Courtney was gracious to allow and responded quickly to our requests. I highly recommend the Bunkhouse for a quiet and peaceful get-away.

The stay was amazing, I ended up checking in late, so it was dark. But waking up in the morning it was mind blowing scenery. The pictures don’t do justice on how pretty the cabin and view from the porch are. Very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Jonathan was one of the most accommodating hosts! We asked if there was a blender on site, and instead of telling us no (which he totally had the right to do) he brought us one! Talk about going above and beyond. He also responded quickly and clearly to our questions about renting the pontoon and made it so easy for us. He responded quickly to our other questions too. Great host and site, would totally recommend.
