This is a modest place to stay. If your looking for a place to sleep and eat, it’s ideal. Nothing too fancy. Two beds-queen and double. Your spot is a two bedroom unit on our farm house located in North Rustico We run a family dairy farm With dairy cows, horses, chickens and three labs and a two Siberian husky that like to bark , but very friendly. This is a busy place and not for kids to be unsupervised. Also there’s lots of dirt here! And flies and other bugs !! PEI Tourism licens #1201105

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

This newly renovated and furnished cottage is the perfect place for your next PEI vacation! Featuring beautiful water views of the Rustico Bay, 2 bright bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and open concept living and dining area facing the Bay. The Woodlots was a beautiful PEI winter stay! The sea can cabin was warm and cozy, and the garage style door with big windows was perfect for watching birds and chipmunks while we sipped our morning coffees. The hot tub was just what we needed for our relaxing valentines day getaway! James and Kokanda were wonderful hosts, helpful, welcoming and provided quick responses!

Erik and Gemma’s cabin was the perfect place for our annual mother-daughter trip! The cabin is quaint and cozy and we loved spending evenings in the living room with the wood stove going. The cabin was also pristinely clean with lots of linens provided! It was the perfect distance from North Rustico to walk into town for breakfast, dinner, or a mid-day ice cream snack! Erik was a wonderful host and made our first time in PEI so special!

Amber was extremely kind and helpful with making our experience a positive one. Her communication was perfect and the space was spotless with very fresh and clean linens and we even had use of a washer/dryer and BBQ! She was so kind as to leave us a gift certificate to the cute little farmers store a few houses down the street! She also kindly offered us an early check in and a late check out! We’d definitely come back :)

This was a great base from which to explore PEI. Charlottetown, Cavendish, PEI National Park, and many other locations were all short drives away. We were four adults and two children, but it didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was also functional and had all the essentials. We have no difficulty recommending this place.
