Exactly as described by adetola , the flat is enough for a single person to live in kigali not only for few days 10 mins walk from kigali heights , simba , and many restaurants in the neighbourhood Easy to catch a yegomoto passing by the street in front of entrance Area is quiet though , so no noise and you will sleep like a baby If any needs , just drop a text message and it will be quickly adressed

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The apartment is in a great location and has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Amy was always helpful as was Jackson. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kigali.

Monique and her Airbnb are both wonderful. Monique was responsive leading up to and during the stay, resolving any questions I had quickly. The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood, very safe and walkable to numerous restaurants. I stayed as a single women, and while I did feel safe, it was a big space for one person, and I may have felt more comfortable with a second guest sharing the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. (It is one of ~4 units in a large house / small apartment building on a property, and you can hear as neighbors come and go opening their apartments. Again, it feels completely safe, and generally wasn't too loud, I just would have personally preferred sharing the space with a second guest for additional comfort).

The first thing I do when I check into anywhere is to smell the towels. The towels were sparkling white with an inviting scent. The house was flawless. I will do it over and over again. But I would need a fan cos I can’t deal with mosquitoes and heat.

Good place to consider when looking for quiet environment to enjoy your vacation. The host and the staff are responsive and flexible to discuss any matter. I really recommend this stay!!

I would like to highly recommend Alexis Mugabo, host of Haven Apartment, for his outstanding professionalism, integrity, and support. I had made a reservation through the Airbnb platform, but unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the platform showed my room as unavailable—even after I had already paid. The process of securing a refund through Airbnb was complicated and stressful. Throughout this experience, Alexis went above and beyond. He was not only supportive but also took it upon himself to personally ensure I was refunded the full amount. He followed up consistently and even reached out to confirm that I had successfully received the refund. His communication was prompt, kind, and solution-oriented—qualities that are rare and deeply appreciated in a host. Thanks to Alexis, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a reminder that genuine hospitality still exists. Beautiful house, good location, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Egidia was responsive. Communication was good and she helped us a lot during our stay. Great value, for sure we'll be back. We highly recommend it.

The place is so neat and clean indeed a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing there’s isn’t any noise from traffic or people.

Me and my bestfriend stayed at this beautiful apartment. Festus (the host) was nothing less than incredible to us. He was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Jeanne Marie was very helpful and answered all the questions before checking in. The place is amazing and in a safe neighborhood in Kibagabaga. Walkable distance from Pilipili restaurant and a short drive to all major places in town (Kigali). Would highly recommend.

Gaston's place was beautiful and beyond expectations . For my children who had travled to a new country for the first time in their lives staying at this home was good for them as they felt at home and comfortable. Gaston and his family are good hosts and always available to suplort with anything around the house. Gaston was helpful in providing local information and even helped us organise a taxi which took us around Kigali during New Years Eve. The place is perfect for holidays but not really ideal if you intend to be making frequent visists to Kigali CBD/City Centre because its a bit far from there. Overally I would stay at Gaston's place again and again!

I liked the place for many reasons. First the communication with the Teresa was excellent. Also I found that the apartment was equipped with useful tools such as washing machine, hood to evacuate fumes in the kitchen. As a marathon runner, I particularly loved the fact that the apartment is located at 2 km to the golf running course and at 500 m to the gym Cali. The only missing amenity is a smart TV (no Netflix or YouTube available).

Had a pleasant and relaxing weekend. The place is clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped for all types of meals you would like to prepare for yourself, which was one of the major criteria that I was looking for. It's literally the place to be for a tranquil, peaceful stay in Kigali. I like the place and I'm looking forward coming more often.
