Jeannie, her mother, and their dogs gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Their neighborhood was quiet and a short drive from Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell - which was perfect, as my friend and I had been on a road trip driving all day; it was nice to call it a day at a spot that was a easy drive from our last destination and had a home-y feel. Jeannie and her mother are very kind. If you are a dog lover like I am, you will fall in love with their dogs. They're the sweetest. Their posting for the room is accurate and my experience exceeded any expectations. I highly recommend staying at their place. I'll definitely be coming back the next time i'm in Arizona! :)

Jeannie's house located at a very good location for visiting Antelope and Horseshoe bend. The room is clear and comfortable but a little dry as Arizona is desert. There are three dogs give warm welcome to the guests ,we talked with Jeannie and her mother a lot ,they are very kind person .

Jeannie was not there herself during our stay but her daughter took care of the house. Check in was easy, breakfast okay. Room was okay but sheets and towels were not really clean. Only little communication with the host took place. Would stay there again.

It's great living in Jeannie's home,it's quiet, clean and cozy, and it is also close to Antelope canyon. The only pity is that we do not have enough time to stay for more time to enjoy the wonderful of the house as well as the lovely dogs! We strongly recommend Jeannie's house for living.

Jeannie was very accommodating. We had to go on a tour earlier than she usually made breakfast, but she got up and made breakfast for us. She was helpful on places to visit too. The room is lovely; although I feel it was not as clean as it should have been.

We had a great stay at Jeannies place. Beautiful bedroom with a private balcony. Breakfast was always promptly available and delicious. Her dogs were very friendly! Jeannie was very accommodating.

Jeannie was flexible about us arriving late (a little after 10pm). It seemed she wasn't very happy about it but still did her best to accommodate us. She also arranged hot breakfast for us earlier than 7am, as per request. The room is very spacious, with tub, and private balcony. All are accurately described in the posting. Bed was very comfortable, we had a good night sleep. Just what we need after an long day on the road. Jeannie have several dogs, luckily we did not have interactions. This place is very convenient, close to all the attractions in Page.

The room we stayed in was huge with a big bathroom. The balcony was nice to sit on, although too hot when we were there. Jeannie and her family were very friendly. Jeannie was very helpful with giving suggestions of where to go to see the fireworks for the 4th of July. We also appreciated Jeannie getting up early to accommodate our leaving early to meet our boat tour on time. The dogs were very sweet, but there was a dog smell to our room.

This home is in a perfect location for visiting Lake Powell and has amazing views! Easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Jake's for only one night and it was absolutely perfect: the position is excellent to visit Antelope Canyon and to admire the lake panorama. As other guests already said, the room is even better than it appears in the pictures: clean, equipped with everything (including cookies and coffee in the fridge!) and quite luxurious-furnished. Really thank you Jake, I would definitely recommend you as a host!

This suite was amazing, a lot more upscale then I expected. The room was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient, it is in a new community. I would definitely recommend and book this room again.

Nice plays, beautiful room, nice to have a fridge, bur the fridge was very loud at Night so we unplugged it and everything was perfekt

Jake's place was a great base for a couple nights as we explored the surrounding areas of Lake Powell and Monument Valley. I would recommend this room to anyone with only one caveat: the bedroom windows face east so be prepared for an early morning as the shades are not of the blackout variety.

The place was nice! Very clean and very comfortable

The room was great! Big, comfortable bed, nice shower, and is a separate part of the house with its own entrance. We didn't meet Jake as we did not arrive until after 9 pm on the night we stayed and were back on the road by 8, but Jake reached out with directions and information ahead of time and had additional details in the room. It's a short drive to many of the restaurants in Page and also only 15 minutes from Horseshoe Bend (which is a must if you're in the area). I also recommend going to Antelope Marina if you have time-close to Jake's place.

Great place to stay!

Very great night. We talked a lot about the antelope valley and got many information. Before we leave, we took pictures with the guests and host. Quite a nice day.

Jaennie was very good in hospitality and the house was vary clean. I especially loved the garden and the breakfast area. I recommend the stay at Cozy rooms !!

It was a great stay, nice and clean environment, friendly dogs and good breakfast (although I missed the huge part of it but the left eggs and waffles are delicious). Jeannie was out of town when we visited there but her daughter took good care of us. The location was great, very convenient for us to drive to horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. We had a great time in Jeannie's B&B. The location is really close to the main attractions of the area like Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe bend. We had a private bathroom, enjoyed a great breakfast and were even able to do our laundry. The two dogs were really gentle and cute. Thank you

Kris was just too awesome. We checked in late but she had made sure we had entry access to the house and the room was kept ready for us. The room looked exactly the same as in the listing. Everything was so neat, clean and spic n span.The bed was so inviting that we crashed out and had a good night's sleep and rest. Woke up to the inviting aroma of coffee and had a relaxed chat with Kris. She is a warm person and we felt completely at home. All our needs were taken care of. Crystal was the SWEETEST host. I had a wonderful time in Page and Crystal showed me around and made me feel like a local. Cute house, cute room, and there are the cutest chickens in the backyard! There's a nice hiking trail right next to her house that gives you beautiful views of lake Powell (highly recommend at sunset!) and horseshoe bend is only 10 minutes away which was super cool/convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal's house. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately Crystal was out of town so we did not get to meet her but she communicated well and made sure another host was there to greet us. We also opted out of breakfast due to her absence.

Kris is a wonderful host. She reached out to me in the days before to make sure I knew the road closure to get there and she was very accommodating as I arrived later in the day. So when I arrived, I was not surprised to be greeted by a very warm person, who made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped out of my car. The room I stayed in had all I needed, and the shared bathroom was clean. But the real reason I will definitely go back, is the breakfast. Kris made everyone in the house (While I stayed here, two other couples where there) very welcome at the breakfast table, and she served one of those breakfasts that I'll remember for a long while. Too bad I had to leave after 1 night here...

Great experience staying with Kris on road trip through Utah and Arizona. Room was great / as advertised and breakfast the next morning was very good as well. Kris also gave us plenty of recommendations on what to see / do while in town (Lower Antelope Canyon was closed due to weather at the time).

Kris was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Her home is in a lovely quite neighbourhood just a short stroll from a lookout point over Lake Powell. Saw the best sunset of our holiday here. Kris has a lovely home which we thoroughly enjoyed especially sitting out in her back with a glass of wine after our hectic days. Kris's breakfasts were superb, different every day, easily the best of our holiday. Kris's knowledge and experience of the area was brilliant and enabled us to get the most out of our stay. Michaels house was exactly how the pictures show. It also had all the main necessities for the night like paper towel, tissues & toilet paper. Extra pillows which is always good when traveling with small 4 children. Area extremely silent & loved the beds & fridge.

We enjoyed our stay. Michael's place was very clean and well-equipt. We only stayed one night so did not have a chance to check out the area, but it was quiet and pretty close to restaurants in Page.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Antelope canyon, Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Check in was quick and easy and we really enjoyed our stay. The only small inconvenience was that there was only one bathroom for my family of 6 to share, but it was definitely manageable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect place to stay in Page for one night or even for a week. Great location - close to shops, restaurants and most famous landmarks. Clean, quiet, with all amenities you might need. Very comfortable beds! Michael was very helpful and provided all needed information as we arrived very late. It was a very good place for a party of four and I'm happy I've made that choice.

We had a nice stay at Michael's apartment. The house is in a quiet residential area close to the center of Page and at short driving distance from several of the most interesting sights. The description of the property is accurate and Michael sent us a detailed information to check-in and to manage our stay. There was some leaking water problem.

Meagan and her husband were lovely. I wish I had more than 10 minutes with them but we arrived so late! Their place is awesome and I wish I had more time there. But we were only able to sleep, make breakfast hike and be on our way since we had a tight schedule. They had an excellent book of suggestions for the area and I plan coming back to page in a few months and I am hoping to stay again! That bed was super comfortable too! They even let my cat stay with us since I was on a road trip to my new home in Colorado. I highly recommend staying here

This place is a home away from home! All the little details were much appreciated after a long day of driving, and sight seeing. ( Air conditioner running, coffee, soft towels and sheets, amenities such as sunscreen and makeup removing wipes) It is close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Meagan takes the time to really make this Airbnb experience wonderful. Check in was easy and delightful.

What a great find! Absolutely spotless, comfortable, plus had so many little extra touches: spices, toiletries, games, bedding. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into making their place welcoming. We fit well with me (mom) and 3 kids between the king size bed and the twin/trundle studio space. The coded door knob made check-in a breeze, not having to worry about bothering our hosts when we pulled in later in the evening.

It's a very convenient place at Page,AZ. Clean, close to antelope and safe. For a group of people of 4-6, this place accommodates well. We have met Michael personally, he led us to the apt and show us around. Room amenity is of 70s style but clean enough to live with.

The location is on a nice quiet street and very close to the center of Page and just 15-20min away from both Horseshoe Bend and Lower Antelope Canyon. Sean was an amazing host, he gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. The bedroom was amazing and both my wife and I felt like home. I and my wife stayed at Sean's place for one night on our trip from the Grand Canyon to the Antelope Canyon. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom, and it was easy to find the parking place. What we would like to note is the fact, that Sean is a very nice person, we arrived very late, because we had problems with our car, and Sean had not only waited for us to arrive but was also constantly in contact with us checking how are we. We would definitely recommend this room for everyone who plans to spend the night in Page.

We stated in Michael's place for the next day's tour in Antelope Canyon. It is big enough for 5 people to stay. The house is clean and close to restaurant.

We needed somewhere to crash the night on a road trip with my parents. This is a simple little Airbnb, it's not luxurious, but it is clean, comfortable, and great for the price! We stopped in town for amazing pulled pork and ribs at big Johns's Texas BBQ and saw the sunset over horseshoe bend on the Colorado River!

They actually live in able house down the street but they come by every morning to check on things and get coffee going and also usually during the day. They are readily available. It is very good experience with check in a house with 10 minutes driving to three or four main landscape, they are lower and upper Antelope, Horseshoes band and glen Canyon national park,close to Walmart, safeway and Mcdonald, also fantastic view of Amy's backyard, we have a great sunset dinner all by ourselves, thank you very much Amy, you are amazing host.

Home is accurate as of the listing. Design is interesting, the way the rooms are separated. One of the rooms is combined with the washing machine. Hence unable to wash clothes if there are people sleeping in that room. Place is clean. Well equipped. Close to the attractions.

Wonderful multifamily rental home, comfortably and adequately furnished. LOTS of clean, open space with room for every age to play and enjoy. Outdoor spaces were great! Kids loved the grass in front and backyard, adults enjoyed sitting on the covered deck enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. Very nice touch to have clean colorful beach toys and towels to take to the lake. Also provided were ice packs for our coolers; saved money on buying ice and lasted longer. Plenty of towels for every bathroom and newer washer and dryer made our stay more comfortable -- nice to wash beach towels every evening when we returned from the lake. Well stocked with soap and cleaning supplies. The new carpet was a treat -- so clean and fresh looking. AC worked well throughout the property, tho not very well on one end of the lowest level. Bedroom only had one vent, so never really cooled off. Large TV in family room also great! kids watched movies in the evening after bath and before bed. Large leather recliner couch with room for everyone -- the large desk and built in desk in the family room also allowed adults to work while kids watched TV: GREAT idea! Wi-fi fast enough for everyone to work at the same time. Also nice to have additional family room on main level so those who wanted to just read (not watch TV) could have their own space. Cleanliness was 7 out of 10 -- kitchen floor needed a good cleaning, as did stove. Bathrooms were clean, as were bedrooms. Linens over all very clean and adequate. All in all, a 10 for multi-family working vacation rental house.

Jennifer home is a great place to stay for families. We were 5 families and children, we all felt highly comfortable with the home. This home is near to incredible places like horseshoe bend, antelope canyon. Highly recommended for family looking for place to stay in Page, AZ.

You will be blown away by the view that's for certain. The home was quiet and in a cute little suburb and Amy was easy to communicate with as I traveled into Page. It's conveniently located near all the hiking trails you could imagine and the bigger attractions such as Antelope Canyons and Horseshoe bend, Lake Powell etc. definitely recommend to the nature enthusiast.

Amy is an excellent host and the property has a beautiful view of the landscape surrounding Page, AZ. You can sip coffee as you watch the sunset over the mesas near by. This room is one room inside a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) vacation rental, so you're sharing the common spaces with other AirBnB'ers. I didn't even run into the other people, but the description doesn't make it entirely clear that you'll have one room in a rather nice house. The location is on a quiet street and Amy lives only a few blocks down. She came by to check on us and give us great suggestions of what to do in the area. It's a very short drive to destinations like Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Amy left clear guidelines on how to care for the space and even had free coffee and breakfast items for her guests.

This was an amazing Airbnb and I only wish we could have stayed longer! We interacted with Rob as Amy was out of town, but he was wonderfully hospitable. The bathroom is just next door. House has an absolutely stunning view over towards the Dam and North Rim of the Canyon - perfect for sundowners and breakfast.

Beautifully decorated house which has a great location in Page - the sunset from the balcony is lovely! I read in another review that this is a shared house and so you should be aware that there are about 4 Airbnb rooms split over two levels in the house and you share the common areas (kitchen, lounges, balcony, back patio and fire pit, bathrooms etc). That being said the house is big and there are several lounge areas so you can choose how sociable to be. Amy and Rob were great hosts, good communication and good recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Page. I highly recommend the Blue Buddha sushi lounge! This place is a 20min walk/5min drive from the centre of page where most of the restaurants are, although there are a couple closer.

Really cute home with a fantastic view! Location is close to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Amy is a great host and very communicative. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Amy and Rob's place is perfect! The house itself is great and very clean, with everything you could need. But the best part of it is the view, especially at sunset when staying on the patio! And Amy was a perfect host, very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend you stay there if you're visiting Lake Powell!

Casita was perfect for our stay while exploring antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. I would absolutely recommend for anyone needing a quiet and comfortable place to stay while in the area.

Kevin's place was perfect for our nights stay in Page. Check in went smoothly despite the last minute booking, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. There was a beautiful hiking trail nearby which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Awesome place if you want to be close to all the main attractions! It has everything you are looking for in an apartment. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the vicinity

Very convenient process to check in, it's a completely separate unit with it's own bathroom and closet. The place was clean, and already air conditioned when we arrived. Kevin communicated instructions to get in, which made the whole process easy and straight forward.

Nice location easy access to Lake Powell and 89 and 98 highway intersection. Lovely decor and quiet location.
