This apartment was just adorable! We had everything we needed and then some. Patricia, our host, was just super nice and checked on us frequently. There were fans provided since it was hot outside and they were perfect! The location was awesome. We could walk to so many restaurants and bakeries with ease. The chinese restaurant right next door was fantastic too! We loved our stay in Paris!

We had a good stay at this flat. The location is tops, close to shops, stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, etc.) and subway and bus stations. The apartment is on the French first floor, second floor, with no elevator. We found everything that we needed in it. But the place is small, the ceiling low, the bathroom is tiny and there are only two burners in the stove. The owner was very strict concerning arrival and departure times, and the house maid was there at both times to make sure we did not arrive before the set time or leave after 12 on the last day. Patricia was quick to answer when we had a question about the iron. At night time we could hear the music coming from a nightclub downstairs.

The apartment was quaint and the location was very quiet and peaceful. This is a close walk (15-30 minutes) to many landmarks and museums. This area in Paris is mostly businesses, but near many high-end shops and retail chains.

Catherine's apartment is small but functional and very good value for the money. It is in the business area of Paris so fairly quiet, but within easy reach of most attractions. Catherine is very friendly and made a point of coming to see us even though she was away when we arrived.

I had a good experience on Catherine's place. The apartment is very comfortable for a couple and it's exactly like the description. The neighborhood is calm, safe and close to the underground station, markets and restaurants. Catherine was a great hostess, providing us support on apartment and tourist advices.

We were fully aware of the conditions of arrival and stay by email the owner and very welcomed as our arrival time was a bit late (23 hours). The studio is stylish, functional and pleasant to live. We will return with pleasure. The building is remarkably well placed two steps from the metro and in a pleasant environment.

Catherine's place was great. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to many things and to public transit. We mainly took Uber or a taxi places if we weren't walking. It worked for my mother and I slendidly.

Top Apartment!

The apartment was near to everything. We visited a lot of places walking without need to take taxis or the metro. We really liked the place.

Perfect place to stay while in Paris. The location is close to many small bakeries, tourist attractions, and easy public transportation. Around the corner is the Velib bike share station that you can rent a bike and drop it off at one of several hundred other station around the city. It was perfect stay for the perfect price.

Very cozy apartment, clean, close to city centre, perfect for first visit to Paris - you can pretty much get anywhere by walking. WiFi speeds above avarege. When walking from Champs-Elysées you meet a lot of restaurants, bars and shop and right around the corner is an excellent pastry shop, where you can stop by for breakfast on your morning way to metro station. Jonathan was very flexible with arrival and departure time, much appreciated!

I had another reservation canceled me at the last minute so from the start Jonathan was super attentive and very fast we specify the reservation. The apartment is conveniently located two blocks from the metro and 3 minutes from champs elysees. The apartment is small but functional, Jonathan we not met but was in constant contact with us and was extremely helpful and attentive. The only downside was that we only had one set of towels and in general the department could be a little cleaner. But we had a great time and would return.

Jonathan was very approachable and we've been in constant touch even before arriving Paris. He provided all instructions for us to arrive to the place and once we meet there he was more than kind to offer us whatever was in the place for our personal use, coffee, milk, coke, you name it. All these are plus to the great location, a few blocks away from Champs Elysees. The place is very secure, really quiet at night and it had everything that was on the description.

An amazing first AirBNB experience. Co-Marie was extremely helpful and inviting that my husband and I felt right at home. The pictures shown painted the perfect picture of what we were to expect. Everything was even more elegant and charming in person. We were welcomed with not only a lovely home away from home but with great suggestions of restaurants and activities in the neighborhood from Co-Marie. The area was very central in Paris and we were able to access bikes and the metro just down the st. We especially enjoyed the mini market just outside the place to pick up snacks and wine. Co-Marie's apartment had all the amenities we could ever need, including a great kitchen and washer/dryer. I highly recommend staying here for any amount of time. Great for couples, especially ones who want to fall in love again in Paris. :) -KN

The apartment is lovely and the host was awesome. Margot is highly efficient and provides clear and prompt communication. She is very hospitable and helpful in answering any questions we had. The apartment is centrally located and within a minute's walk to Mironesnil metro. The shopping belt with all the high end shops is a 10 minute walk away and the surroundings are quiet and safe. The apartment is also well stocked with utensils and is well furnished. The only downsides are that the apartment can feel a bit cluttered at times (but that's partly because my wife and I bought tons of stuff) and you will have to make do with sleeping on mattresses (no bed frame). All in it was a very pleasant experience and I will strongly recommend this apartment.

Co Marie was a wonderful host and instantly made us feel at home in her apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was located very conveniently in the heart of Paris. We were able to walk to all the sights and there were restaurants and supermarkets right at our doorstep. The apartment is perfect for a couple and just as you see in the pictures on the listing. Thanks to Anna's detailed description, we found it quite easy to find the apartment. The location is perfect with Concorde, the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum nearby. Very walkable. First time at this kind of apt. We were surprised to find everything we need for daily use, including kitchen stuff. It was a pleasant journey.:)

Anna sent us 3 pages of notes and maps that clearly explained everything. We were able to find the grocery store, laundromat and great restaurants. The location is great very close to the Louvre and high end fashion district where the window shopping is amazing. The only thing is the shower is small, there's no chance of shaving your legs in there. Also the towels are small as well and we couldn't find any others. The apartment has all the utensils you need to enjoy coffee and pastry. Extra pillows are secured in plastic and under the bed but I didn't find them until the last night, my fault. Plenty of room for 2 people's luggage.

An amazing place. Great location with attentive and quick hostess. Parisian feel with all the tips she passes, fed transport and easy access, possibility of doing all the points going well. Surely we will return another time.

It's a small but cosy apartment with good wifi, tv, shower etc. Michel was a good host that explained everything quickly and answered any questions we had and he's always on standby over text which is handy if you have any issues! It's a 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro which gets you to all the main places in Paris - 10 minutes to the Arch de Triumph and 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Couldn't get a better location!

Super close to everything. Just a 5 min walk to the metro. A lot of nearby restaurants. Michel was a great host and would def recommend his place to everyone.

Michel was very friendly and warm reception us, because for the first time to Paris is not familiar with the road, two hours late, but also thoroughly prepared bread to greet us. The room was small, but what have the kitchen. Even our English sucks, there is a little communication barrier, but others are very good, traffic is very convenient, from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees are very close.

We really loved both the flat and the location. Very cozy apartment in a very central area. We walked nearly everywhere and when we got tired it was very easy to get transport back. The flat was clean, well furnished and all round very nice.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower in a lovely busy area and close enough to walk to everywhere else too, even the Notre Dame. Very nicely decorated space that contains everything you need despite its size (very small). Excellent value for money. However, I would advise others to be careful about when they book, as in the summer the small space can be exceptionally hot and has no air con. That said, it's nothing a portable fan can't solve! Although small, Michel's apartment is clean, modern and equipped with everything you will need for a stay in Paris. Perfect for one or two people, great location just off the Champs Elysees and near lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries. Check in went smoothly, and one time we had a problem with the wifi and Michel responded immediately, arrived in 15 minutes and fixed it. Would recommend!

Awesome place & location! Freshly renovated and modern with a great shower and everything we needed. Lots of light, windows open if you want breeze, with shades to keep the light out if you want to sleep in. Greg was very friendly and helpful, check-in and out were easy. We would stay here again.

Apartment very, very functional, the advantage of the small size of the place is to have everything at hand :) Ultra quiet.

Pros: The neighbourhood is really good, 25-minute walk from Louvre and L'arc de Triomphe and close to bus station. Across the street is a bakery with delicious baguettes. Cons: Toilet cannot be used much and we had to use the toilet in the hallway which was a little inconvenient. Wi-Fi got disconnected after midnight and connected again in the morning. Also in the last day we didn't have hot water. Regarding cleanliness, it could be cleaner. I saw a little insect and I think it was a bedbug.

We were met by our hosts Mother and she lovely. The description of the apartment was accurate.

Very good location near the eifel tower, communication was also good, we left in clear all the keys of the building, like entering, wifi, etc ... They are 6 floors and there is no elevator so if you go with many suitcases or Very heavy you have to review this as we have large suitcases, it is also a small space so it made us uncomfortable as we were 3 and with large suitcases each ... All in all all excellent!

Frederick's place was in a great location close to many attractions including the Louvre! And there are many metro stations nearby. He provides very clear instructions for getting to the place and leaves it very clean for your use.

I booked this place for a 3 night weekend trip in the spring with 2 friends (all three of us are female students). Frederic pretty accurately describes what to expect, but to elaborate - 1) There is a fairly long climb up stairs to the apartment, which could be difficult if you have large or heavy luggage (we didn't so it was OK). But this place is probably not very suitable if you have a lot of luggage anyway, because 2) the apartment is very small. We basically just used it as a place to sleep and shower, so it met our needs and was big enough to just fit the 3 of us. One slept on the top of the loft and 2 slept on the bottom. The beds are pretty comfy! There isn't very much changing room or space, so you should be comfortable with that if you are staying with others. As stated in the description, the toilet is down the hall and is basic but pretty clean. 3) The location is superb! It is close to at least 2 different metro stations in a safe, fancy neighborhood. It's very close to the Seine, and we walked from the apartment to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame amongst others. 4) We didn't meet him, but Frederic is easily reachable and very fast at communicating. We had no problems finding and getting into the apartment when we arrived very late at night using his instructions. He also let us keep our bags there until we left in the evening, as there was no guest that day. Can't comment on cooking or how it is in very hot or cold weather as we didn't cook there and we were blessed with mild, sunny weather. Overall, pleasant experience and great location if you don't mind climbing stairs and staying in a small space!

This appartement is very central, about 5 - 10 minutes to reach the Champselysees by foot- really nice! Note: This flat ist on the 5th floor so you should be able to climb some stairs every day ;-) The communication with Myriam was very uncomplicated and as well the arrival as the departure worked easily. Next Metro station would be Saint Philippe du Roule - 3 minutes to go. View from the window - very nice. To the right you can see the top of the Eiffeltower. Thanks for everything.

Positives: Great Location Good value for money Clean Well decorated Large bed (2 mattresses pushed together) Negatives: Located at the top of a 5 storey building, with extremely narrow and steep stairs. Not at all suitable for anyone with disabilities. Almost no ventilation - only windows on one side so no air flow. Very loud on weekend evenings and early mornings. EXTREMELY low ceiling on one side of the bed, making you very likely to hit your head when trying to move round that side of the room.

This place is located in a very convenient area, however, the place is on the 5th floor with no elevator. We had to climb a very narrow twisted staircase forever to get to the top floor. I wish there is a disclosure in host's description about the place. Also the host is not very attentive, I sent her an email regarding check-in at 4 PM she did not respond until 10 AM next day! The place should have some basic furniture like a chair, desk, maybe some plates and coffee mugs and etc. Did not have any of these basic things.

This is exactly what we wanted. We knew we wouldn't spend a lot of time in the apartment and it for what we wanted perfectly. A cozy apartment in central Paris and walking distance to the Champs and L'arc de Triomphe. It's also super close to 2 subway lines making it easy to get EVERYWHERE. In the description it says it's on the 5th floor. That is without and elevator. It makes you think twice about forgetting anything. It also lets you know what things in your life are worth walking up 5 floors. In the end we loved it.

Had a pleasant stay here. But just be careful, the staircase is extrmely narrow which made carrying a heavy suitcase quite difficult up the five flights of stairs. There was also quite low ceilings, and no air conditioning with only two small windows. On a warm day it would get very hot. There was however a fan which did help to create a draft with the windows opened to help cool down the room. There is a TV in the room however there is no antenna so you cannot use it unless you have a USB or hdmi cable for your laptop. The location was great though. If you have quite a tight budget this place is good. However, if you can afford a bit more, I personally would find somewhere with air conditioning in the summer months.

For the price the accommodation was completely OK. It was missing actually only a stovetop, pots and pans were available. The apartment is on the fifth floor without elevator, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. The location of the apartment was brilliant for us.

This is a quiet apartment in a really great area right off the Champs Elysee . Very close to transportation that is a breeze to navigate. The apartment itself is very secure behind two code locked doors up on the 6th floor and behind two key locked doors. The stairs are something to be very aware of. It says the 5th floor but it's actually up 6 flights as the ground floor doesn't count. The stairs are very narrow and windy and my husband and I are relatively young and fit and it was a challenge after long days of sightseeing. Another challenge was that the bedding was old and worn. Neither of us felt comfortable sleeping under the sheets but it was hot so we didn't need to. Their is no air conditioning but there are two windows and a fan so it's not so bad. The temps were in the 90s when we were there and while it was hot it wasn't unbearable. There was also a strong odor of decay in the hallway right outside the apartment door. I'm not sure if it is a crosswind from where the garbage is kept or if someone left something too long in one of the apartments but it was quite unpleasant. Overall, for the price, the apartment is a good buy. The location is ideal and the room was secure.

This review is for Modern Champs Elysee one bedroom flat of Katy's place. The flat is very nice. We just had an "EERIE / CREEPY experience in this flat. While my wife was taking a shower and I preparing some coffee in the kitchen, the lights in the bathroom suddenly turned off. We both heard the switch click. A few minutes later, i went down to have my coffee and smoke some cigarettes. My wife with a scared voice tried to call me because something weird happened. The stereo in the living room suddenly turned on by itself. When I was about to go up and check it suddenly turned off on its own. Since then my wife was uneasy when we are in the flat. She was tempted to leave the flat and just rent a hotel nearby. Nonetheless we opted to stay and finish the duration of our rental. I personally dont believe in ghosts or any paranormal activity and cant find any explanation as to how was that even possible. Could have been a perfect flat for a vacation if it werent for the weird things that happened while we were there. Oh and the towel warmers was not working and some lights need to be replaced as well. To the people who booked their stay here in the following months please write a review if something similar happened to you.
