The house was clean, nice and quiet. Great for studying. Just in the right location for me in Alpharetta.

Gwen and family were very welcoming and nice. This was first time I was staying in vintage house, so it was relatively new experience. Location was next to my work so it was convinent. Room was bit warm not sure A/c was working. Bed mattress was hard for me. Location address mentioned in the listing took me half mile away from home, thanks to Gwen for me picking me up. I suggested to post actual GPS address to avoid confusion for future guests. Ceiling fan was too low, I usually stretch in the morning so I almost hit the fan, I am 5 6'. Overall it's budget stay, great host family.

Great host that is very prompt in communications and home is right in the middle of downtown Alpharetta with an easy walk to everything you could need, including great restaurants and a Publix.

Laid back and hospitable host. Room is sparse but well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. Private bathroom with shared-hall access. Host graciously lent use of a hairdryer, blender and fridge/freezer space so I could stick (almost) to my normal diet. Super easy entry digital code entry. Siri directs guests close, but not quite. So, if you are arriving at night, don't hesitate to call Heather to guide you into a parking spot at her townhome.

Heather was very friendly. She was not at home when I arrived, but she made sure that I was able access the property using my very own personal entry code. She greeted me with a big smile and even invited me to sit and watch TV with her. We laughed and talked like we knew each other for years.

Had an amazing stay here. Nasrin is a great host and very thorough in going over everything at check in and even through in some drink and food items which was awesome. The house itself is gorgeous and is so cozy, felt just like home which is always an awesome thing when out of town. Omega was a lovely host. He checked in with me everyday and offered me lifts if he thought I needed them. The house was very clean and the neighbourhood was very nice with a pool and tennis courts. The bed was really comfy and I had access to the wifi and TV when I wanted.

The Alpharetta charmer was precisely as it was depicted. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. This basement home walked out to a beautiful lawn and patio setting and also a fire pit with chairs. We enjoyed it tremendously. Byron fixed the obstinate TV right away and we enjoyed the goodies they left us in the frig. We'll definitely go back the next time we're in Alpharetta. Altogether terrific!

Great place!!!

Great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet and within minutes of anywhere you needed to go. Byron was a great host and was just a text or a phone call away from any question that we had.

There are 2 things that can make or break a stay. 1: the comfort of the bed, and 2: how hot the shower is. This place has super comfortable bed and really hot water. So I can say completely worth it. It's also got a lot to do, like a pool table and darts and a comfortable home theater. So this place I will return to.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Alpharetta charmer. Byron and his wife were very responsive both during our booking and during our stay. This is a great location! Very near to shopping, dining and movie theaters. The apartment is exactly as depicted and very comfortable. It is very clean and very well put together. We loved the location in a nice suburban neighborhood, and the setting away from the noisiness of a hotel. The view from our back door was woodsy and private. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the media room in the evenings. Byron greeted us upon arrival and was accessible throughout our stay. Although, the apartment was so well equipped, that we had no need to contact him during our stay.

Harry is a gracious host. Makes you feel comfortable and like a long lost friend from the minute you get there. Very comfortable and large house with 2 fireplaces that you can sit by and unwind. Area is very convenient to Roswell, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek. You'll enjoy your stay.

This was exactly what I needed after quite a few long days- quiet, simple, comfortable, and beautiful. The Casita was everything I needed to feel at home. Dan was absolutely attentive to anything I needed throughout my trip, he made everything seamless and simple. He added so many little touches to my stay that let me know that this service is not something he does out of any need, but more out of a desire and joy for people.

I had a great experience at La Casita, from the moment I arrived Dan was very hospitable. He showed me everything about the place from a-z and made me feel very comfortable. Bob's place is a one room studio-type unit with a private bath and private separate entrance. I very much enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying the next time I am in atlanta. There is a frig and microwave and Bob goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Also very reasonably priced.

Great place! Immaculate, with really peaceful surroundings. Nice touches like healthier granola bars and bottled water. Little details that most don't think about were there, like a mini flashlight next to the lockbox, and small motion-sensor lights just where you need them. No negatives at all. 100% recommend it.

Our first AirBnB experience was outstanding! We were shocked with the value and amenities at his location. Bob goes out of his way to make his guest feel welcomed, while providing complete privacy and access. His suite is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and his property is absolutely amazing with it's natural setting and gardens. He has considered nearly everything possible to provide his guest with an exceptional experience. His private suite is very clean and comfortable. Bob's place is a great little comfortable nook. It was very very clean when I got there and Bob has a lot of special little attentions waiting for his guests. By default, Bob respects your privacy and you may very well not see him at all if that is what you're want. But I was more than happy to meet him and we ended up having very interesting conversations. Bob is a great host and will go out of his way to get you what you need and to make you feel at home.

Pam's place was perfectly described and absolutely lovely! She provided so many extra added touches. We rode bikes, walked around the lake and sat every night on the back deck listening to nature:) Would recommend and stay again!

My stay was perfect for me in all respects. The condo is in the quiet planned community of Martin's landing, a perfect place to relax, especially given the deck which overlooks a lake surrounded by a walking path. I was visiting a friend who lives in the community so the location was great for me. Unexpected amenities included a fruit basket, a snack basket and more. A car is necessary and the nearest shopping center is about a 10 minute drive. Central Roswell is farther, but still an easy drive. So if that works for you, I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Pam's place is the best airbnb rental that I have stayed in. Lots of accommodations. The place had everything we needed and we did not have to go out and buy anything. Pam communicated with us throughout our whole stay and even checked on us periodically. She also had a very fast response time. The place itself was beautiful and the location by the lake was perfect. We were conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

This location is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck, looking at the trees and the lake, watching the ducks, birds, and geese! Great layout - nice staging. We enjoyed entertaining cousins for dinner. The beds were VERY comfortable. Walking around the lake was very relaxing. We did not get a chance to use the bikes but maybe we will next time.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's around Atlanta and this one was one of the nicest. Perfect for business travellers. I felt safe and welcomed. The little town of Roswell is not far away and is absolutely lovely to take clients and or friends to. She also left me a little care package of yogurt, crackers, cheese, fruit, etc. It was so nice and much appreciated.
