If I can rate this place 6 stars i would :) Definitely much better than we expected: Artsy and very spacious place, plus Dennis and his wife is very accommodating. They even provided us free meals. Will surely stay here again in our next Antipolo trip!

Dennis is a great host. He was kind enough to accommodate our last minute request for an additional person. He was monitoring our journey, giving us resto recommendations that did not disappoint, activities to kill time and giving clear directions to the suite. The place is value for money for its size, amenities and quality of furnitures. The kitchen is complete, we were able to cook breakfast the next day. Although they also served free breakfast much to our delight. Baked eggs with malunggay and feta cheese together with loaf bread and pan de sal. The place was very clean. The bathroom is spacious. They provided towels and basic toiletries. The suite did not have an AC but was not an issue because it was breezy all throughout the night and early morning. The 4 electric fans provided were just for contingency. The wifi is a bit slow but turned out to be good for us coz we were able to play all his board games and chatted the rest of the night. He mentioned his plans for an AC and a pool in the future. I think those will be great additions. Dennis' place will surely be one of our favorites airbnb. It will surely be among our top choices for the next staycation in antipolo :)

Some people are helpful because they need to be as you're staying at there place but Dennis is not just helpful but he will go out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant stay . The house was a gem with lots of with windows and on top of a small hill . Totally recommend it and if you're reading this by july-august there will be pool too right next to your room . Totally recommend it if you want a place away from hustle of city but yet close to all amenities . Hope to stay there again soon.

What you see is what you get! The view at night is priceless. The place has no AC, but it's not a problem because you'll love the nature's breeze in the suite. Dennis is such a great host. The place is perfect for those who would enjoy fresh mountain air, peace and quiet, and good service. It could serve as a good place for meditating, writing, reading (plenty of past National Geographic mags) or simply relaxing away from the urban jungle. The place is well-kept and well-maintained. It was the perfect place for us as our purpose was to visit friends and attending our family reunion here in Antipolo.

Richard wasn't able to meet us but his sister-in-law, Grace, and her husband was there to assist us. They were so nice; though we weren't able to say good bye before we left. The place is exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. It's very near Robinson's Antipolo and the public market but still secluded enough in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I rented Raffy's condo 'cos it comes with a parking space as i had a rental car during my stay. the parking is safe and gated/guarded. the 1bd condo was cozy and clean. comfortable for 1-2 people. the location is walking distance to many nice bar and grill restaurants like Beech or Tides just a short walk. there is starbucks up the street corner for that morning coffee to wake you up. Raffy was a great host and was very communicative throughout the checkin and checkout process. Turns out to be the perfect choice for my short getaway vacation to visit relatives in QC. highly recommended.

Ralph's place is so neat and convenient. Supermarkets downstairs and its very nearby almost all establishments. I love it that Sir Ralph is so helpful and polite. 5star to his place.

Raffy is a great host. He is flexible and friendly. His apartment is close to ABS-CBN and pinoy bigbrother house, and of course close to restaurants and shops. Raffy's apartment is cosy and quite. It's good for couple who wants to have a good relaxation and girls who likes mirrors as his apartment is full of mirrors everywhere.. The bed is also comfortable and good air conditioner. Moreover, he has a folding bike inside so no need to go outside the apartment to do some exercise. Overall, me and my husband had a great stay.

Hello! Mam Sessan is very nice person. She was the one accommodating us around the residence and around her unit. The unit made me feel confident that the girls will enjoy their decent stay. The amenities are provided so we don't need to bring towels. If you visit around Katipunan St. or Ateneo De Manila, this is one of the recommended places to stay.

Sessan's place was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, stunning views, and with everything you might need. I stayed for a week to do research at Ateneo University, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Sessan is a terrific host. She greeted me in the lobby when I arrived, and gave me clear instructions and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!

Sessan was a wonderful host. She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. For example, she waited for me in the lobby of the residence at 2am because my flight arrived at 1am. She also picked up the keys from me last minute when I decided to check our early. The apartment is stacked with items that demonstrate special attention for travelers. If you need to be in the area of Katipunan, I'd highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and spacious place to stay in. The owner Tina is definitely easy to communicate with. The guards were very friendly. No complaints or negative things to say because I had a great time while I'm here and it's a very convenient place because all the things that you need is within your reach. Malls, convenient stores, bar and restaurants etc... is just beside the building. Tina being very accommodating is a double plus. I would definitely stay again here.

The apartment is big and spacious enough for two. The instructions given were also clear and concise which was much appreciated. They even provided a guidebook which included everything from emergency numbers, transportation, and even nearby restaurants. Definitely a great value for money!

I stayed in Relli's place Jan. 18-20 to attend a seminar somewhere in Ortigas. According to Relli, it's only a 15 mins ride however,the traffic is frustrating, I have to travel 2 hours from Relli's place going to the venue(10kms away for 2 hours).The place was ok since, I just wanted a place with parking space however, I have to park outside the house since they are unable to find the key of the parking area. Take note that there's no hot shower. You will have to share the bathroom with others.Based on my experience, it's hard to use the bathroom/toilet between 6am-7am. For a business travel, you have to reconsider staying here.

Relli was great to communicate with from the start, fast to reply, direct to the point, informative, everything you need to know he will provide and give an honest and reliable tips. The place was amazing and a very good value for your money. This I can tell because for $10.00 you'll have an excellent desirable place to stay, Its peaceful, safe and friendly neighbors plus with adorable dogs outside the house backyard. The amenities of being a walking distance near to an SM mall is very much helpful, the gym is big and free. The swimming pool, basketball and tennis court is almost just right outside the house. Complete with all appliances inside the house and a very stable and fast internet connection since probably am the only one using it. lol! Anyway my advice to the next guest is.... this is a steal, for ten dollar its worth much more! And I want to thank the host for being very much helpful even though shes not always @ the house it was our pleasure knowing her , she has a cheerful personality. The place is near SM East Ortigas and the people lived there is approachable, so if you want to go somehere you do not know feel free to ask them for it's easy to communicate them.

Was amazing, we come very early and can Check in at 6 am. The People in the House so friendly, Relli was unfortunalety not here, but the Roomates so nice. Relli was not able to greet us when we arrived, but his girlfriend was there! She was an amazing host as she tended to things that were needed. The place is located in Ortigas and you should not pay more than 4-500 pesos to get there. The gym and pool were literally right outside the house! And it is a safe neighborhood, quiet and gated as well. The mall is right around the corner outside the gates. There is not much to do around this area and the only problem is traveling to the city which may take an hour to an hour and a half with traffic. If visiting Manila and staying here, I suggest getting up early in the morning to catch no traffic. We didn't have a problem with it at all, and we loved our stay. Everyone was very tentative and made our stay amazing! Will come back and visit soon!

Nice clean place, large bed, good AC, friendly dogs and polite hosts. Only issues are the location, as it is a ways away from larger city centres and traffic getting back is almost always heavy. Bonus is its in a gated residential district that's very much safe to be in. Also there's no hot water, if that's a deal breaker for you. Overall I'd recommend if you're going to be visiting the area!

The place was very quiet and accessible.

Stayed for 3 days though we were not able to meet with the host personally, he was very helpful enough with our needs. The place was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations and the rate was reasonable. Given the chance, we'll definitely rent this place again once we go back to Manila.

We stayed at Odell's place last May 20-22. The place was very nice and clean. We had everything we need. Moreover, Odell was very gracious. He coordinated with me and ensure everything was okay by the time we arrive. He even went beyond by accommodating our sudden request. We spent almost a week in odell's place.. i would say that his place is perfecr for staycation, walkable to the arcade where you can find lots of establishments.. swimming pool view and community from his window.. we had a great time staying in odell's place, and the space was great too! Our stay was very nice. We had a lot of fun and didn't experience any difficulty at all. The place is so warm and friendly, when we didn't know where to ride or where to go, we just asked around the people and they were very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and neat the bed was very comfortable. It's close to Eastwood and Megamall and has a pool that you can use. The host was very accommodating and kind. Odell was always checking up on us and making sure we had a great time. He's very kind and very professional 10/10 I would certainly come back!

The place (being a 2br unit) is spacious for its price. However, since the condominium compound is somewhat big with two entrance gates from different sides of Pasig City and buildings have no signage, you will be needing some help from the host in locating the unit. Some improvements on maintenance will also be desirable. Other than that, we have no major issues during our stay.

Its cheap for a 2 br condo.. The transacrion went smooth.. This is a perfect place for a staycation.. Need upgrade the cable.. I highly recommend Cignal cable..

Cleanest room I've stayed in. Very good communication and let me leave my bags there earlier than check in while the room was being prepared. I highly recommend eto management I've used them twice now and will use again!

His place is close to public transportation (MRT, bus, etc.). It is nice because we were able to cook breakfast in his place. Internet connection is fast too! Would recommend this to others. It would be better if more rags, rugs, and an additional trash bin would be placed in the unit. Aside from that, our stay was great.

Jose is the best host ever! He's very accommodating and replies fast. He also did his best to accommodate my stay extension request though it was so sudden. The unit was so clean when we get there. It's very homey, the house smells fresh. It's complete with fresh towels, sheets, soap, kitchen utsensils, hair dryer, etc. It's like you are staying in a hotel except that Jose's unit almost has everything a house could have.
