Claudine and her husband, Andre, were amazing hosts. My friends and I couldn't have chosen a better place for our first vacation spot in Rosarito. The house was right in front of the beach and had an amazing view from the balcony. Thanks again Claudine and Andre!

Five of my friends and I stayed here for spring break weekend and it couldn't have been better. It was very spacious and clean. It's also close enough to the beaches and nightlife to get there in 5 minutes but it's also far enough away that you aren't bothered by any loudness. Juan was great with communication, he even greeted us with a very good wine! Also it was such an affordable price! We will definitely be staying here again

The house is very nice and spacious. Garage for the car kept great peace of mind, very clean and taken care of home. Juan was friendly and responsive. Uber rides are about 5 minutes from all the clubs and bars and run cheap. Great stay!

Juan's house was great! Close enough to the party scene but far away to get a decent sleep without the loud music in the distance. The house is pretty large. Master bedroom, room with two twin beds and a room with a full bed. There is a pullout couch and a large couch up stairs to sleep on if necessary. We even saw a twin mattress in one of the closets. The kitchen and restrooms are very clean and the house is very cozy and cute. We absolutely loved it!

The pictures of the houses are beautiful but they do no justice. The house was perfect and just as Francisco describes it to be. 3 bedrooms and 2 living room spaces, 8 of us fit comfortably. Check in was a breeze, he even let us check in early since we were in town since the morning. Francisco lives on the property just in a back house so he was always a staircase or phone call away if needed and he encouraged me to call him if we ever needed anything! The property was no more than a 10 min drive from the beach and nightlife. He has a friend who was a local bus/taxi driver who would drive us to the clubs and even pick us up at 4-5am for a flat rate so that was very handy, did not have to worry about an uber getting lost or any of us drunk driving. Property also allows up to two cars to park in the garage so our cars were safe overnight. I don't know what else to say other than this house was perfect for our weekend in Rosarito. Will definitely be coming back to this house or the other 2 properties Francisco owns, they are beautiful as well. Gracias Francisco!

The bottom floor is the garage. As soon as Juan opened the garage it was very appealing. The garage is very spacious. Unloading was not a problem. We had speakers tables and even a portable firepit that we left in the garage. Once going up stairs you find your self in a clean and very cozy space. It not only has comfortable beds, but it has couches; Comfortable to rest or sleep in. Communication with Juan is very easy going. He walks you through the house and explains where everything is. We all liked how he communicated with notes in case he steped out of the house. We loved how his wife and him received us. They gave us some chicharones, salsa, and drinks. We did not have any troubles with appliances. This house literally has anything you can think of. It even has a bicycle and helmet in case you need to go to the main road to get something from the store. The main paved road is 3 blocks away. They also left us Drinking water, in water bottles and 5 gallon carboy. Hot water for showering was amazing after having a long day, and they also have shampoo and soap if you forget to bring your own. We all plan to stay in the same house if we ever go gain.

The house itself is incredible. The photos on his listing do the house no justice. Plenty of beds, plenty of room, plenty of of privacy. Absolutely love the house. Only thing that bugged me was the location of the house. It was kind of hard to find and in a secluded area. Very minor and overall we had a great time there.

Juan was very accommodating and allowed us to enjoy our home. Answered any questions and was very pleasurable. Home is a few minutes (driving) from everything but is on dirt road. But experience outweighed that.

The house is nice. I loved the Mexican rustic feel of the house. Plenty of sleeping areas. Only downside to the house is the Unpaved road. The house is located up a hill and in an area that is underdeveloped..construction under way (noise form Construction wasn't a problem since we spent most of the time in town). Drive to main part of rosarito is about 3-4 minutes. Juan and his wife live in a back area of the property but after the first arriving and meeting, We didn't see them much after that..we had our privacy. House has everything that you may need if you plan to cook.

Christy was an excellent host. They gave us tips on where to eat and those food places were The Bomb!! Best breakfast spot, and Tacos and Beer on the beach! The Villa was exactly as described. The restroom was nice and big, the kitchen was small, but we didn't intend on cooking. We used the fridge for our leftovers and microwave to reheat them. There was a good sized living room with a sofa bed my dad and daughter slept on. The bedroom was nicely decorated and there was a nice little closer to hang up my clothes and keep my luggage. The patio has a beautiful view and chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. My husband really appreciated the indoor parking, which was in a garage, and we were given a remote for the garage. Although the villa was off the main boulevard a bit, we really appreciated going through the little town to our villa, and seeing little local spots along the way. We had a wonderful experience on our trip in Rosarito, and staying in a bed and breakfast spot for the first time!

Christy's place was a great one night, and I bet it would've been better for a nice weekend. It was better than I was expecting, and I totally felt at home there. Christy and David were available to recommend us places to eat, drink, and have fun at. They were super nice and was a great start to our vacation. I will be back.

We really enjoyed staying at Christy's place! She was very sweet and recommended delicious food options to us to try. The place itself was really nice and not too far from the Rosarito strip. We took our car and didn't have any trouble using it to drive around and drive back. She has cameras installed and we were able to park our car in a garage so it felt very safe. We had a wonderful time staying at Christy's Villa. It was comfortable and very welcoming. As for Christy and David, they bent over backwards to provide anything and everything we wanted and needed for our stay. They were the ultimate hosts. I can't say how much we appreciate all they did for us in the few days we were there. What an amazing couple they are!

The room was great. We were just a about 8 minutes from the beach driving. All the good restaurants are just down the street. Place was really nice. We had cable TV AND DVD. Great place to stay.

The house was great very cozy. Also very close downtown only about 5 min away driving max. The area first threw us off, but it turned out to be a nice quiet area. We went to the tortilleria in the corner and had good tortillas lol. I would work on trying to habe more hot water other than that a good experience. Thank you!

I stayed at Debora's place in Rosarito over the weekend with some friends. The place was as described. Nice and spacious, felt secure, and a fairly short walk to the beach and bars. Unfortunately we were late arriving due to buses and a few mixups of our own, so her sister who was letting us in had to wait for a very long time, but was still very friendly when we arrived, and offered to give people rides to get food. They also came in, cleaned in-between days, and left us breakfast in the fridge. Sadly, we weren't able to thank them in person, but it was very much appreciated. All in all. A great place to stay. A+

The walls/ ceiling were kind of falling apart. The sink in the restroom has no cold water, the shower has no consistent hot water. Watch out for bugs! Communication was great, very responsive. One of the sisters said she'd be back with milk, eggs, ham & other basics, but she didn't come back. Overall, it was okay, but definitely needs some improvements.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Marilyn's for a weekend in Rosarito. It is not only that the the house is extremely clean and comfortable, but Marilyn herself is an extraordinary and warm host. She will make any visitor feel most welcome in Rosarito. One of the highlights about staying here is that Marilyn has all the connections to the local art scene, to make sure that you have an interesting stay. I strongly recommend Casa bal Mar!

Absolutely loved staying with Marilyn. She is a proponent of local arts and culture and more than that too. She does more than recommend places, she curates a unique experience with her established network to create a tailored and unique experience for you. She is very passionate about the local culture and making Rosarito a prosperous and fun place to visit. Little touches in the room were nice too like a bottle of water and a surge protector (outlets) on the bed end table.

Marilyn was a great host, very friendly and helpful. She prepared very good appetizers, breakfast and fruit. She helped us in many ways and gave us useful suggestions on what to do around! The house has a private parking too. Great choice.

Marilyn's place was safe, quiet, near the beach and very homey. My fiancé and I had an amazing time in Rosarito. About a 5 minute taxi ride to the tourist hot spots.

Kathy's place was a great find! Communication was amazing and she met us at the Home Depot at Rosarito Norte to ensure a smooth check-in. The apt is recently renovated and has all the modern amenities. Nice back deck/porch with a wonderful cool breeze. Also, the SmartTv with Netflix came in handy! The location is a couple miles from town/beach, but it is an easy ride. It was nice to be away from the downtown hustle, but it is food and a convenience store are less than a mile away. The location of the house is a middle class Rosarito neighborhood and there is a locked gate to make sure that your car is extra safe. I felt totally safe walking my dogs around the area. Met a couple of the neighbors and they were all friendly. Kathy was also full of great recommendations and loaned us a hair dryer. She also recommended a couple of great places to eat. Definitely a good spot if you are visiting Rosarito!

Esteban, his daughter Kathy, and his wife are really nice people and were very helpful. They met up with us to find our way and followed us to the main attraction spot in Rosarito (10 min away) Also gave us a list of taxis and a phone to call them from. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making me and my guest feel right at home.

Our party's stay here was just fabulous! The place was much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. It was extremely clean and well equipped with the necessary toiletries, kitchen supplies, and they even provided clean linens and blankets. You could see a great view of las Playas de Rosarito from the porch. Esteban, Bety, and Kathy were very hospitable, kind, and attentive. Bety met us up to guide us to the place and both Esteban and Kathy were very responsive within a short amount of time. Whenever I needed anything they were just a phone call away and they always answered. They even provided us with a list of trusted taxi cabs and showed us downtown Rosarito when we were following them to their place. I liked the fact that their location was gated, this made me feel at ease when leaving my car there for the weekend meanwhile we went out to Papas and Beer. For a group of four college girls who spent their first weekend in Rosarito, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at the place. I would definitely book this place again every time we come back to Papas and Beer! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something much more than a room with two beds; Esteban's apartment offered a comfortable and safe space overall. Gracias!

It was very easy to get from the apartment down to papas & beer which is what we went for. The place was very clean and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. I like that the parking space was gated, makes you feel more secure. Great hosts considering the fact we changed the date last minute. Would stay here again.

This place is a great value. Two separate rooms and an awesome balcony to relax on. Five blocks to the beaches and some really great restaurants. Aqua bar and la Michoacán taco shop were two of our favorites. The neighborhood is residential, so know that you'll be amidst real residents. Everyone was friendly and the check in was very easy. Most importantly, communication was seamless. Lisa responds to messages immediately and answers questions thoroughly. Would definitely visit again.

Miguel is an amazing person. I would definitely book with him again. If anything, the only issue was that there wasn't an A/C but I can't complain too bad about that.

Mr. Francisco was amazing. Really loved his quick response to my questions and concerns. The house was beautiful from the inside and it's only 8 minutes away from papas and beer/ club Bombay. It was perfect for our big group. There was plenty of space for all of us. He even provides a grill in case you want to bbq. He has a table and chairs to relax on the patio and play games. You also get a nice view. You are definitely in for a hell of a ride!!!

I can't even began to explain how amazing this experience was , everything about the house is excellent it's clean, big, and beautiful. It's in a great location about 3 mins driving to all the fun stuff, it's quiet. Me and a group of friends went out there for my brothers birthday & I didn't even want to leave . Juan greeted us with two bottles of wine for the birthday people, he's such an amazing host. We're already planning our next trip and we'll definitely be staying at that house again !!! Very clean & big house. Everyone loves going to Rosarito to party, this house is the perfect party house! Very quiet neighborhood. Juan was a very nice host, he is not as strict as many other house owners & its great at communicating. Definitely plan on staying in this house again.

My family and I enjoyed the stay we all loved it. Definitely will be returning. The house is very big, very spacious way more than what I expected, very kid friendly. The house was very close to the center of Rosarito. A small store near by within less than 2 minutes walking and plenty more stores around. The razor rentals was very easy to get with the help of Levi he was very helpful, the kids had a lot fun. House very clean, very comfortable beds and plenty of restrooms. The view and the patio was very nice. House was very safe and family oriented. 100 times better than a hotel. A really fun and great place to stay. I definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I had an amazing weekend with my friends at this beautiful home. The house is really spacious and elegant. I was greeted by Juan Franiscos wife and was very impressed with their communication and warm welcome. Anything that i needed they would be fast to respond. I was impressed by the amenities because i walked into a home with everything needed such as bath towels, kitchen appliances, shampoo, body wash etc.I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home because of the comfort, location, hosts and of course the amazing views of Rosarito. Christy was a wonderful host. She gave us a bunch of useful advice for someone who has never been to Rosarito before. She was also very helpful, such as calling a taxi for me on multiple occasions. Her apartment was perfect for me. It was spacious, well decorated, and made me feel at home. It also was gated, so I felt safe the entire time. If I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

Christy was a wonderful host. She made herself available at all times and helped us find great places to eat. The studio was private, spacious, had all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette, flat screen tv, comfortable bed and great cross ventilation. The shower had a great foot washing hose and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The parking was secure and the entire property felt very safe. We are sure to return!!

Christy and David were a couple of the sweetest hosts I've encountered.-- they really wanted to help make my short stay with friends in Rosarito plentiful and enjoyable. Their little home on the hill was safe, charming, full of views and easily accessible with basic GPS. Also, they have the sweetest most cuddly cat ever named Nico! We love you Nico.

Gated area with parking. Safe location. It's walking distance to the Main Street, Blvd. but I would consider ubering around Rosarito since parking can be hectic. Other than that, it was a fun weekend. I would refer to others !

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Rosarito. You can park your car inside which is a great advantage. About 10min walking distance from papa's n beers so if you wanna come back really late at nights it's better to take a taxi or Uber

AMAZING!!! For our first time in Rosarito and just a group of girls, we felt completely safe! Everything is within walking distance (10mins away from the shore is no joke!) and the food around there was delicious. Miguel is an amazing host, always gave us suggestions for safe and cheap ways to get around, party, eat, routes to and fro Airbnb, etc. I also left my car at the house the entirety of the trip and it was completely safe. Huge thank you to Miguel again! My girls will definitely be back soon! Happy travels!

Host is very accommodating. The location is walking distance to the beach. Host is very knowledgeable with the area.

Miguel is a very mindful host. Right after I booked the place he called me and gave me extensive directions and tips about getting to the apartment. Miguel's place is located three squares away from the main street of Rosarito, sheltering travelers from the noise of the nightlife and cars. The place is good for two people, however in my opinion the sofa is too small to accommodate two more adults. This place is perfect for families with children, as well as, groups of friends. Everything is provided as described and shown on pictures. If you want to visit Rosarito I definitely recommend staying with Miguel.

I do not even know where to start. Miguel was absolutely AMAZING! To giving us direction from the border, to how to choose a taco cab, to taking us grocery shopping, to making sure we were settled, he did it all. Christy and Dave were the most gracious hosts. Upon our arrival, Dave greeted us and showed us around our home for the night. We told him we would like to go explore and eat, and he was kind enough to drive us down to the Main Street, pointing out important places (pharmacy, car repair shop, etc.) as we drove. He dropped us off a local favorite, where we had some wonderful food! We met Christy the next morning, she was as friendly as could be. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Rosarito!

Christy and David are truly amazing from check in to check out we received the best service ever, it was breathtaking having coffee in the morning on the terrace overlooking horses and a great view of rosarito, they make you feel so welcomed that you don't ever want to leave , hot water never ran out and villa #3 was stupendous immaculate and cozy I am definitely returning i took a tour of the other villas and villa # 1 is my next choice thank you Christy and David and will see you soon. Way better than a hotel there is no comparison.

Christy's villa is cozy and comfy. You feel like you are part of the family. Privacy is really respected, but it is nice to get to know each other too. The space was spacious and met our needs. We love coming back to Christy's villa's. They are all nice and offer something different in each villa. The location is close to central Rosarito and easy to navigate. I love the secure parking. This was a second stay here and we will be back.

Super cute place, with lovely rooms! The structure (including the garage for our cars) felt Very safe & secure, with a huge metal sliding gate / garage door. The host & hostess were absolutely FABULOUS!! They really went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
