Our 380 sq. ft tiny house which we built by hand , sits on gated 8.5 acres right next to our barn house It is quaint, cozy, private and very clean. It has a deck on the the upper backside that looks out into our alder trees. We have several deer that visit daily. Were minutes away from pristine rivers, lakes and recreational areas. A 18 hole golf course is just down the road... I-5 is 12 minutes away . Mount Saint Helens is accessible and many more recreational areas !!checkout is at 10 am

Year-round recreation! Located just 20 minutes from I-5 and 30 minutes from Mt St Helens, this is a popular getaway for hikers, fishermen, snowshoers and even scuba divers. Families that stay here enjoy letting their children explore the area, run around in the shared yard, play frisbee golf, soccer, tee ball, etc. PLEASE NOTE- the trailer is parked near our house and we are located right off of the rural highway.
