NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

We recommend our guest house to all nature lovers with a weakness for the Mangfall Valley. It is centrally located between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house has its own entrance, fireplace room with library and sofa bed, eat-in kitchen (ready to cook equipment), toilet and shower on the ground floor. We rent a cozy and lovingly equipped 2-room apartment on the upper floor of a Bavarian cottage with south-facing balcony and a paradise garden for 2 to 3 adults. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min. walk to the train station and the town center with all shops. A great forest is very close. Trips to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian surrounding area can be done comfortably by car or the S-Bahn/regional train or rent bicycles.
