Wood cabin-house for large families in Harz

Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

We are a friendly family and rent out our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly next to the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain biking trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start in the winding Harz!

The terraced house is located at an altitude of about 400 m on the southern slope of the Iberg in a listed half-timbered settlement in a cul-de-sac. We can accommodate up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberger stalactite cave, the world forest, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and many more.
