NEW tiny house1 in Allgäu with large garden, close to nature

With sensitivity and a lot of attention to detail, the tiny house with modern architecture was emphasized in a minimalist way. Selected colors and designs create a corresponding atmosphere in which you can relax wonderfully. Valuable materials like wood, steel & glass create a retreat with special charm. The newly built cottage "Hüttla" is located in beautiful Allgäu on the edge of Seibranz. A place-ob for two, with family or friends. Anyone who's ever been here is coming back.

Shops are in Oberessendorf, Eberhardzell, Bad Waldsee,.... Unfortunately, there are no Shopping and Restaurants in Mühlhausen. Amenities: kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, double bedroom, cot adjustable. In the living room there are two sofa beds and a single bed.

Forget your worries, this spacious and quiet, new space. The apartment in the attic is located on a farm in the Allgäu/Voralpen area. On the farm there are still about 20 cattle, 5 cats, 2 ducks and a dog. Soon to reach the Center Park in Leutkirch. A village shop with regional products is only 1.5km away. Fast connection in all directions, in a few minutes you can reach the A96. There is plenty of parking and a wallbox available.
