The apartment is very comfortable and clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery (Milan 3), but very well served by public transport. The room is lovely and very big. I would like to thank Ms. Patrizia and her daughter Federica for the wonderful hospitality, always kind and helpful people, as you can hardly find. The breakfast is really great with real delights cooked by Mrs. Patrizia, an excellent very attentive to the biological cook. I confirm the excellent value for money, as previously reported on other reviews.

Patrizia's flat was clean and spacious. She was accommodating to all of our needs and went out of her way to arrange transportation, planning our short stay, and even picked us up from the Metro after we arrived. She was kind and courteous to any of our needs, and even prepared breakfast for us. It was a pleasure to have stayed with such a kind and caring woman. Even though we would have preferred to be closer to the city center, staying with Patrizia allowed us to see the daily life of Milan rather than the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The apartment was very spread out, so our room was quiet and peaceful. The flat was very clean and organized, the private bathroom was also very nice including all of the toiletries you would need during your stay. We love Patrizia (and her cat- which we weren't aware of before, but was more than welcome to have)!

It is a beautiful house surrounded by greenery and quiet 10 minutes from the terminus of the green line. Patrizia is very welcoming and helpful and cooked us a delicious breakfast with fruit and cake prepared by her. Experience to be repeated!

Patrizia is a great person. She is always willing to help. They did everything they promised and a little more. We were very badly organized, but they had all the patience ons.De room was clean and cozy .Every morning fresh towels! The breakfast was incredible: fresh juice, fruit salad and much more :) .We have also had evening apple tea and she made our evening a salad and some fried eggs, because I had said that we had no evening meal . Further helped us tremendously with the transport. Nice relaxing environment with good big shops where you can buy something delicious, better price than in town. Patricia is the best hostess we got to know. She is so loving and trying to make everything possible to make perfect to stay. We got a lovingly prepared breakfast. She has baked apple pie even for us. The room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is just steps away from the room and cleared especially for the guests. Everything is clean see. The road to Milan takes about 40 minutes Next to the house is a bus stop. but we always went by car to a park and ride parking lot about 20 minutes away and then the ubahn in the down town clean. The car park is very convenient. We would always come back, because Patricia is wonderful.

Great room, private bath, clean and comfortable, wonderful hostess. Great Italian hospitality. Everything was perfect, and absolutely no complaints. Easily assessible by car. It is out in the country of the suburbs of Milan but we could drive and get to the Famagosta train station in about 15 minutes, park our car there and take the train to the city center, for the Duomo and museums. Milan is a fascinating city and worth the effort. We saw the city and actually caught up on our sleep as well - a rare combination in travels. We highly recommend this one.

Alice is an extremely helpful host. She helped us settle in. The apartment was lovely. It is in a very nice, scenic location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! Alice was so helpful and pleasant to work with, she really made our trip much easier and went above and beyond what I expect from a host. The room was also great and we had a really nice stay there. I can't recommend her enough!

Staying here was great, Alice and Laura are charming and friendly, apartment is cosy with nice balcony and view to a lake) this region is very comfortable, market, farmacy and many cafe are close. To get to Milano, you should use a bus (5 min walk to bus stop), and then use metro. Total about 45 min to Duomo or central station. When I return here, I'd be glad to stay here again.

Alice's house is really pretty, I would recommend to those who want to have a relaxing time away from the chaos of the meneghino. Immersed in the greenery, it overlooks the swarming agora of life from morning to evening through a comfortable balcony / terrace equipped well for even the most demanding smokers. Beautiful landscape, nice little apartment, small but full optional NOT WILL NO !!! Last but not least Alice's mother waited because I was lost and despite the delay he welcomed me with a beautiful smile, really gorgeous and kind, just like the hostess. As far as I'm concerned, I would highly recommend it. PS Sorry the delay but I'm still around the world and I rarely connect. :) Nice house, very relaxing location and very helpful host, no bad surprises in amazing location, full of green but very close to Milan center. This studio apartment is great and I will rent it again when I come visiting my family in Basiglio. It is a clean and nice apartment with a huge balcony facing the Marco Poli square where all the Basiglians go to have their morning and evening coffee. Five star location.

We booked by Ms. Donatella for four days. The reason for our trip was not the happiest, because my daughter has undergone surgery to 'Humanitas, which was located close to housing, as in the description. Donatella and her husband are the special people who have made commendable our stay difficult, given the situation. Always hospitable and willing to accompany us and collect us with their car to the hospital. The spotlessly clean accommodation and fully reflects the description and photos. In addition to a delicious breakfast prepared by the lady. In short, we had a great time with us as if we were family members. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone over there for any reason.

Very nice house with a good sleeping mattress. Donatella and Stefano are great persons, kind and very social, willing to help with everything. She cooks very good and makes a delicious coffee. Basiglio is a residential neighborhood with a lot of trees and grass. You can easy get to Milan by bus. All in all it was a nice experience.

One of our best stay till date. Our hosts took great efforts to make our stay comfortable and homely. The dinners cooked by donnatella were mind blowing. All in all a wonderful place to stay and experience.

Very nice apartment in a very nice area but far from the center, back here in the evening can be a problem, the bus runs infrequently (every 15-30 minutes). The room is very clean, has all the necessary furniture, its own bathroom with a pile of clean towels. Donatella and Stefano showed real miracles hospitality, taken away from the airport and driven to the airport, threw a couple of times in the city, we have always been ready to help. Very attentive to any need or requirement you, and never intrusive. A very pleasant company, it was a pleasure to be their guest. The apartment in Milan 3 is in a very quiet area of Milan 3, with a beautiful park in the area that they can enjoy in peace and quiet. In the same complex there is any service, from bars, restaurants in pharmacy, cleaning, minimizing the need to travel. The cozy and tidy apartment with a nice terrace. Federico was a wonderful host - very considerate, friendly and helpful. He provided very clear directions to his apartment, even taking the trouble to send me clearly marked maps and bus timetables, to make sure we did not get lost. He replies to all queries very promptly and stays in contact throughout. He truly made us feel at home in his beautiful and cosy apartment, which btw is exactly like his photos. He generously invited us to share in the food and drinks available there. We felt safe in this lovely and tranquil neighbourhood, even in the night. Highly recommended.

Frederico was very friendly as were his parents who greated me with italian delicatessen upon my arrival which was amazing suprise after my complicated travels. I did not need any help but If I did I am sure they would help without any hesitation.

We had a good stay in Federico's house. It was neat and cosy. The nature is very beautiful around the house. He was not in Milano, but his parents were incredibly kind and helpful. They met us somewhere in the city when we got lost first night. Our flight was really late, and one of our bags was lost. That bag had our gps in it. When we got lost, his father was so kind to drive and find us wherever we were at that moment. We were driving to Rho fair ground every day. Just took us about 20min to get there. Then to Milano at night. So the house is not in downtown but its really close if you drive.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The house is located in an ideal location for exploring the city but want to stay out. The area is quiet and safe. The building is very quiet. The owners are super helpful. Antonio has proved a gentle persoana, ready to come in against any requirement. I highly recommend this apartment.
