A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beach, surrounded in turn by the best golf courses, the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our Apartment, located in the luxurious urbanization Los Palacetes, in El Paraíso Alto has two fabulous pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free wifi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24h security service. One minute drive to supermarkets and services ( Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment costs one bedroom with a 150cm bed (viscolastic mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm viscolastic mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free wifi and private terrace. KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer and kitchenware (glasses, cutlery, dishes...) You have everything near the apartment, supermarkets 1 minute by car, restaurants 5 minutes by car, Puerto Banús 10 minutes by car... Fantastic complex with fabulous swimming pool and gardens, direct access to the beach and beach club through the gardens. Swimming pool open all year but no life guards out of season! Great selection of restaurants, bar/pub, supermarket etc. Top class golf courses, ten minutes from world famous Puerto Banus, Marbella town, San Pedro village and Estepona.
