Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

Our self-contained, one room studio apartment is on a street surrounded by horse fields, the river and the showground. Only 600m to the centre of town . Our private, ground floor room is spacious, open and airy with a king size bed OR 2 single beds + 2 extra single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart tv and open living space overlooking the garden. The studio has a well appointed kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. We do not provide breakfast.
